I also only received 1 box of 60 pads as opposed to the 4 boxes of 60. Asked for a refund.

Ich habe schon alle hier erhältlichen Stilleinlagen durch und oft sind sie nicht saugstark genug, geben die Feuchtigkeit zurück oder bedecken höchstens 1/3 der Brust. Beim Schlafen, wo größere Brüste sich doch nicht immer im BH an Ort und Stelle bleiben, sind solch kleine Stilleinlagen suboptimal. DESHALB kaufe ich immer und immer wieder die Lansinoh. Sie sind groß genug, die saugen viel auf und halten die Feuchtigkeit fest. Weiters sind sie sehr dünn und unauffällig, angenehm auf der beanspruchten Haut und ein absolutes Plus: unter allen Stilleinlagen hygienisch, aber in minimalem Verpackungsmaterial verpackt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

He probado los de chicco, maternity y suavinex y desde luego me quedo con estos sin dudarlo. Llevan dos adhesivos en lugar de uno lo que hace que no se muevan nada. Además como son mucho más finos, no se notan nada con la ropa ni dan calor. Yo tengo mucha leche y absorben el exceso de maravilla sin olores ni sensación de humedad. Otra cosa que me gusta mucho, es que vienen plegados y en envases individuales pudiendo llevarlos en el bolso de forma higiénica y usarlos de uno en uno. Y que decir del precio!!! Para mi son los mejores y una excelente compra.

Very comfortable, reliable disposable breast pads. I have tried Boots and Superdrug own brand and these are much better. The absorbency is great as it contains the leaking milk. Depending on your milk flow you can leave them in for the whole day. With the cheaper alternatives they do not feel as dry against the skin and also these do not tend to let the milk through to your bra. By comparison I had to change the cheaper brands 3-4 times in the day so for me these are more cost effective. The only time I have had leaks is if you are breastfeeding through the night on your side and your opposite nursing breast due to the nursing position let’s down to the side of the pad. Obviously it doesn’t hold as much milk when it’s angled to one side of the pad as the centre of the pad holds more. I have tried the washable bamboo pads previously as they are better for the environment but if you need to rely on something to definitely not leak through these are better. I had occasions with reusable ones where I leaked through and unless you can replace them throughout the day and store the saturated pad somewhere when out and about, it’s not convenient. As a second time mum I could not deal with the faff. The adhesive tape is much better than other brands as it offers two spots of adhesion and can be repositioned without losing tack if you make a mistake in positioning first time. Be careful to not fully extend the pad when opening up from its folded and position as I was a bit over zealous on first time use and split the seals either side. Due to the shape of the pad which is sealed, just ever so slightly to either side of the semi circle packed pad it fits the breast really well as it cups more than other cheaper pads which don’t have this design. The one thing I would state is if you want to utilise your let down milk you could use a milk collector ie Elvie catch. I only discovered this as a second time mum.
