Very inexpensive and works great
I only used the power steering plug and it worked great so far. The only bad thing is, it has two yellow wires coming out and so you need to line it up with the old plug to get the wire hooked up correctly. Very inexpensive and I would definitely purchase again.

Info for the wiring colors.
Hello. 2003 Element 2.4. Same as many in that era so yours should be the same as mine. The original housing on mine was cracked . The weatherproof plug that holds the wires together ( in the housing ) had loosed up preventing complete connection to the VTEC ( round ) sensor. So, the connection wasn’t completely connected causing the codes popping up again and the usual bucking. Every pothole shook that wire around. Yep, almost replaced the whole vtec again until I discovered the hidden problem. Now, the set I ordered didn’t have the blue/red setup like in the pic. Both wires are yellow. Peel your original wires back a bit. The blue wire goes to the top ( where the pinch connector is ). The bottom is the ground ( mine was a light yellowish ). If one of your wires is black, it is ground. Weatherproof that setup where you decided to cut and everything will be fine. I cannot comment on the other housing. I didn’t need that one. I could not find this wiring info anywhere on the net so hopefully, this info helps you. Good luck!

So far so good
Live in the rust belt and had a bad seal on my the engine vvt oil pressure switch. Kept getting water into the plug (salty water during winter months) corrooding oil pressure switches. Cut out the factory one and replaced with this and has worked for 1 year about 15k miles so far.

Installed on Honda Element 2003 VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Sensor , worked after tweak .
My connector finally baked into dust after 20years ., I spliced this connector into place and plugged in . Vtec Error code returned ( the polarity should not matter ) ,.. On a hunch I slightly flared open the small tab style pins on the sensor itself , assuming the generic nature of new plug was struggling to make good contact with these small blade style pins .. Reset error code and it has not returned sense . Thought I would share this , I just wish people who reviewed items would state the Make , Model , Year and purpose of the purchase .. it would certainly help us all . Perhaps Amazon could create a simple outline for auto part reviews that would suggest this ? you listening Alexa ? I did not use single pole plug sold with vtec plug . Note : Regular schedule oil changes are a absolute necessity on these vtec Hondas to stop eventual P2646 error codes . ( I do mine every 5k miles or so ) waiting to long will alway cause p2646 to put you into LIMP mode , ie you cannot exceed 2900 rpm until code is cleared ..

False advertising
The wires shown in the photos are color coordinated, yet the ones I received are all yellow. Not as shown.
