ASURION 4 Year PC Peripheral Protection Plan ($150 - $174.99)

My new Asus wi-fi router broke in its fourth year. The ethernet input port went completely dead. When I checked the router's documents folder in my computer for troubleshooting directions, I found a copy of the 4 Year Asurion Protection Plan I had purchased - and forgotten about! Asurion was great. They gave me an Amazon gift card for the full price I paId for the router.I have now purchased a new, updated version of my router and I also purchased a new Asurion Protection Plan!

They couldn’t fix my photo frame, but replaced it with a gift card. What I pay for it to start with. Great insurance

I purchased an Asurion plan along with my printer and I need now to get the Print head replaced. I called and was advised that a local Electronics repair place would be the one to fix my Printer. So I personally dropped my printer off a week ago and the repair shop has been on top of things however, Asurion has not given them the authorization to purchase the needed parts. I have also called Asurion on my end to see if they could pull up the warranty and call the repair shop giving them the OK to purchase my needed parts. I have been getting a runaround. It will take 1 to 2 business days to have a supervisor take a look at my warranty and the request for needed parts.In the past, I had purchased a warranty from Square that was a replacement warranty. They simply mailed me a gift card so I could repurchase another printer. Had I done so this time I would be set and ready to go. There was nothing in the description of the plan I purchased that said it would take weeks to get approval for needed parts under the policy to be authorized. I am most disappointed.

Protection plan is a must. You never know when something might happen to your purchased item.
