Works well for my trackball
I've been looking for this, because I use my trackball on the chairs arm rest, but it always falls off, and my arm rest isn't quite long enough, to have the trackball in a comfortable position. The straps were too short for my chair, which I knew before I bought it, but with some extra velcro I extend the straps and it works perfectly.

Good price
So far so good and still working on my chair, although the cushion for wrist rest came off but I just glue it back on and work.

darn thing is great!
my new keyboard was taking up too much room on the shelf and it left very little room for the mouse. i got this just because of that and i am glad i did! so far it has been great! and the squishy wrist rest is super comfy!!the only con i have about this product is that i wish the end where the mouse sits was a bit thicker/sturdier. when i first attached it i would put my hand on it as i was getting up, luckily i would catch my self before i put too much weight on it and broke it off. i have now gotten use to not doing that when i get up but i will admit it was a bit difficult at first.that being said i would recommend this to anyone that needs some extra space or just wants to have their mouse closer to them and off the desk. its really great and would buy again!Edit: just wanted you all to know i did NOT pay $40 nor would i pay that for a second one. i got mine for a lil over half that price. if it were a thicker plastic and more sturdy then yea maybe 40 bux would be fair.

After 2 years it's time to find a new solution
Features:Velcro - too short & not sturdy enough to hold the mousepad in place, so I used...Zip ties - which hold it in place but leave uncomfortable sharp ends that I bump occasionally which is not pleasant. The other down-side is that I've got them so tight I'm sure that my chair's armrest is permanently deformed beneath it. This isn't a huge deal to me, but it might be to some people.Mousepad - no fence around mouse means it falls on the floor about once a week. My mouse is about $150, and it's pretty sturdy, but I'd prefer to not have it falling on the floor regularly. Since I bought this mousepad I've actually replaced the mouse itself twice due to falling. You would think I would have replaced this thing earlier right? But there's not a lot of products on the market like it that will work for my setup, so it's not easy to replace. The point of failure: the gel wrist-padI actually generally like this wrist-pad. It's comfortable, at a pretty good height and for about two years it held up pretty well. I bought this in August 2020 according to Amazon and this review is in March of 2023. But the other day I noticed a very uncomfortable "groove" on my wrist and noticed that the gel was starting to disintegrate. 2 1/2 years is not a bad run, so I'm not mad about it.But I don't like the product over-all enough to replace with the same one. So I'm back shopping for something else, and I realized I never reviewed this. This is an end-of-life review. I used it until it broke, and the lifespan of the product is reasonable. If you need something that does what this does, it's "okay." I'm really hoping I find something better that fits my needs, though. I'd pay $100 for something that is comfortable, lasts me the same amount of time, doesn't have the cut-off ends of zip-ties poking into me and doesn't let my mouse drop to the floor without resistance.

Might have been good...but
Received used product, product box was torn open and desk mount was missing. The wrist rest was all scratched up and torn away from the platform. For $40 I could have AT LEAST gotten a NEW one! Only had 2 of the 3 promised zip ties and yes the Velcro straps are too short, so I could have used 3. Since I wanted to be able to choose where I mount this (desk or chair arm) I am probably returning this. Pretty long wait for delivery of this useless, damaged item.

If you use a trackball mouse purchase this NOW!
This isn't to say a regular mouse wouldn't work with this product but I use a trackball exclusively and this thing is awesome. Instead of reaching forward to grab my mouse every time I need to use it I just put my hand down and it's right there. I work behind a desk 8 hrs a day and try everything/utilize any product to feel more comfortable doing so, because for those who do the same thing, you know how your body feels most of the time. This is one of my favorite products. It'll attach to any chair and if the Velcro straps aren't big enough it comes with MASSIVE zip ties that'll fit around anything. The wrist support is comfortable and the padding on the elbow area is just right. I'd recommend to anyone especially if you have any shoulder/arm pain, it significantly reduces the need to reach all day! (I'm no doctor this is just my experience)

Does the trick
The concept is great, the Velcro straps are an utter fail. Even if they were long enough to be useful the material isn't set up in a way you could actually secure it. They did include some zip ties which don't hold the tray as well as the Velcro could have but it's a good enough stop gap. It wiggles a little, but overall I like it

Do not recommend
Nice concept but this product is not good quality. Also arrived damaged and may possibly be a used product and not new? The plastic of the unit is not sturdy enough to support it’s advertised use and it bends at the top if there is any pressure. The finish on the wrist support looks as if something has either been spilled on it or this may even be a used or returned product since there appears to be something like crumbs in it as well (see pics). It also appears something has been spilled on the Velcro straps as well. I do not recommend this seller and am returning this product, but the ergonomics appear to be a nice idea and I will purchase a similar product from a different retailer.
