Amplicomms Powertel M9500 extra loud comfort cellphone with emergency function

My wife finds the two menu option menus means that she uses one for everyday use the other when needed, especially as she has a sight and hearing difficulty.

Too early to comment in detail, but initial impressions favorable, Unable to comment yet on finger print access or battery life

It does not hold a charge for more than a day.

This was bought for my elderly father as supposed to be user friendly for older people .It was difficult to use .Basic apps are much easier .After 6 months the phone suddenly became so hot my father could not hold it in his hand . The screen then went blank and the phone was completely dead .Refund was given with no problem but my father has lost photographs etc and is now without a mobile phone while we wait for the i phone that we have ordered to arrive

The charger port is tiny and not at all suitable for elderly people or people with dexterity or visual difficulties. The rest of the features are really good so it is a great shame that they didn't address the charging.

Si l'interface est réussie, bien lisible, bien disposée, répondant au besoin, la sélection par des appuis longs, (même réduits au minimum par le menu chaché), ne sont pas franchement une réussite.Mais le plus préjudiciable, c'est devoir changer d'appareil pour un simple problème de batterie, là c'est parfaitement révoltant.Même avec les caractéristiques et sur des sites Chinois, on ne trouve pas d'équivalent... Faut le vivre !!!Déjà que ce n'est pas évident pour une personne âgée de s'habituer à un nouvel appareil,il va falloir tout reprendre à zéro avec un autre téléphone...

Sono soddisfatta del prodotto: quanto al touch, occorre una pressione del dito non troppo leggera ed è l’ideale per una persona anziana. Leggero e maneggevole.

Die verzögerte Annahme der Eingaben ist sehr sinnvoll.Die in der Produktbeschreibung dargestellten Heler-Funktionen stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Die App für den Helfer-Zugriff ist nicht auf dem Telefon installiert. Sie steht auch nicht im Google play store zum Download zur Verfügung. Nach dem Download der App von einem Drittanbieter wird die App zwar gestartet, die Verbindung zum Helfer-Telefon kann aber nicht hergestellt werden. Mehrfache Service-Anfragen an Amplicomms wurden bisher nicht beantwortet.Zusammengefasst ist die Bedienoberfläche für Senioren sehr geeignet. Die als wesentlicher Vorteil beschriebenen Funktionen zur Unterstützung durch einen Helfer und der Service von Amplicomms sind mangelhaft.
