Using it for three months straight now. Doc suggested it. But said you need to walk at least 5 Kms a day. So far, it has given me a slow but steady result. The first days when I saw the pointer in my weighing machine go down a little bit everyday, I put more effort into walking and takinh kabipro one scoop in the morning with double toned milk and the same at night. During the day, the weight remains more or less the same. When I wake up after a good night's sleep my weight gets reduced by almost 800 grams everyday. During the day it increases to 600-700 grams and then decreases by 800 grams by night. I have been thoroughly checking it. I walk at least 5000 steps everyday. And I skip 200 times everyday. 50 times per time. I would say, eating will only help when we are working our body.

Nice product with more protein content then carbs which gives it an edge over other protein powders out there which usually contain more carbs then protein.

Recently purchased this item, suggested by one the us dietitian searching in indian amazon. So gonna try. Started using for my parents daily morning and evening.They said to use for 1month minimum to see the change.Hope it helps to increase immunity for my parents.

Doesn’t blend in warm milk or water and tastes awful. I vomitted after consuming it. It’s nothing like the Kabipro I bought from a medical store.
