excellent value for money
These hobs are absolutely brilliant! I did not have space behind the counter so I went for this. I do not regret it one bit. I was bit worried to start off because I thought that they were inexpensive and sometimes you get what you pay for. You can actually see the steam going into the extractor. They are a bit noisy but for the price and the look I can put up with a bit of noise. They come with 2 grills (so you can change their appearance (one black and one silver). All and all 9 out of 10

Practical, not sure how effective extractor is
We had a skylight above where we wanted to position our cooker. This was the cheapest cooker with downdraft I could find. Considering cost, I wouldn't change it for anything. The extraction fan and mechanism are extremely large, so say farewell to the cabinet space under the hob.Not sure how effective the extractor is even when on maximum level. I do however think most cheap extractors aren't that great. Remember the cost of this unit, it is definitely worth the purchase. You will need an expert installer though.

Dreadful
If I could give zero stars I would.Faulty product with only 2 rings working and absolutely no help from seller, awful customer service.Credit to amazon for helping me out though, but buy from this seller at your own risk, as they will not help with any faults.

Decent hob let down by controls
So far hob working fine. Do have issue with the controls, once the cooking is started the continual need to unlock the childproof lock becomes tiresome. In addition the power indicate light flashes continually which I do not understand why. If it was lit all the time fine.

Very poor!
Do not buy! Avoid at all costs! Had my item installed 2 weeks ago cooking on the hob and it had cracked while in use. Contacted company and was told its not there problem! Just to add this was no fault of my own!

Faulty Product Don't expect any help form the Wight Buy
Hob Came quickly but had a fault and not the best quality. Don't expect the grill to fit in the centre of the hob and child locks trip in after 10 seconds so a real pain to adjust the heat. Basically its a cheap Chinese induction hob with a wall mounted extractor grafted into the cupboard underneath no comparison to a real brand downdraft Hob. Also don't expect to get any Help form the Wright Buy no customer service and had to get amazon to do a A to Z claim to get my money back.
