Firstly, the screen protector was packaged very nicely. The actual screen protector was inside a casing and wrapped in a protective covering. They took good care to make sure the product arrived in good condition. It is always tricky placing the actual screen protector on the device without getting bubbles or fingerprints, but this went on relatively easy. Remember to clean your iPad with the microfiber cloth to wipe away any fingerprints or dirt that may be on your device. After that, you place the screen protector on the iPad. It was easy to push the bubbles out with just your fingers, but a silicone squeegee thing is also included in case you have any stubborn bubbles you can't get out with your fingers. After you get the screen protector on, just wipe the fingerprints off with the microfiber cloth. I had no problems with the touch screen after installation Very pleased.

Shipping was fast! Well packaged and easy to apply, fits perfectly. My I Pad is mainly used by children 2-7 and with the frequent drops I've witnessed it needs to be durable, so I asked my son and he recommended Skinomi tech glass. I am glad I listened to him because this is not flimsy at all, it has a nice thickness that will make me cringe less when it does get dropped! Definitely would purchase another if needed in the future>

LIKES:I. It was easy to install. It sat on the iPad like butter after I followed the instructions to get rid of the dirt.II. The packaging the very premium (I guess this doesn't matter)III. Responsiveness has not changed at all (VERY VERY SLIGHTLY while writing)DISLIKES:I. Writing needs getting used to (AGAIN). And this is obvious.. You're writing on top of another layer of glass, so this HAS to happen..I highly recommend getting it, because your Apple Pencil nibs may begin to get sharper and start damaging the screen, so get this tempered glass right alongside your iPad so you can start getting used to writing on it. I write ALL my notes in the iPad. The tempered glass came a few days after the iPad and therefore because of that, I had already gotten used to writing on the iPad, not I have to slightly change how I glide across the screen

The media could not be loaded.  I am writing this review August 3, 2019 three months after my purchase . I bought this glass screen protector to protect my iPad Pro with the 12.9 inch screen. Let me just say it fits perfectly with my Zuga Muse case which I also highly recommend. I noticed no difference in the responsiveness of the screen before and after application. The apple pen works great in Procreate with the glass screen protector. After 3 months of use there is no air pocket bubbles along the edges and no lifting up on the edges. This screen protector is by far the best and most affordable iPad Pro screen protector I found. I would recommend this to my family or friends. It’s a great product and comes in a heavily protected box. Hope this info helps.

Ok—where’s that warranty? I’ve had this on my iPad for less than 2 months. My iPad screen is cracked while the screen protector is not. There are 2 little ‘dents’ & the protector was showing a bubble. Upon lifting it I found the my screen is broken.Gave this a 5 for installation because it is very easy to install. 2 for the touch screen—I agree with other reviews about the reduction in screen sensitivity. I ordered a second one of these right away because it’s inexpensive & prime so I can have SOMETHING on my screen until I find something more durable. But I’m very disappointed, I have a lot of this company’s products. & honestly, when they say it comes guaranteed for life, I expected more than 6 weeks. Especially when there was no major event to explain this (obviously something happened, but I haven’t dropped it or anything). I’d like to know who’s paying for my screen repair since this was guaranteed to work.

Received this a couple of days ago, installing the screen was pretty easy, instructions were clear and everything was included so no hunting around for cleaning cloths or screen cleaner, I like how the packaging also doubles as the work surface. Seems pretty durable I've had one drop and not a scratch. Screen response is definitely impaired though and I'm finding I have to type harder and often missing letters altogether, swiping up is a bit hit and miss also. I'm hoping my typing will adapt around the screen as this could be a deal breaker, I naturally have more of a soft touch when typing and it's annoying having to retype a missing letter. Update I ended up sending it back it was just too frustrating and limits a fantastic touch screen

Great protector so far. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks. I love how easy it was to install, no bubbles. It’s been a great protector thus far. My only challenge is that it is super reflective. There’s so much glare on this thing it kinda difficult for me to use my iPad. But matte finishes is my preference. Overall, it is a great screen protector!

Very high quality screen and packaging very professionally done. In general after reading reviews of all types of protective screens, it seems difficult to apply screens without a dust particle appearing underneath. As with me, this happened as well. After a few attempts to get it done beautifully, the temper glass cracked and I thought what a waste of money. I took a chance to register with Skinomi, to claim that my screen got damaged during application. I followed their lifetime warranty claim directions and the very next day, an apology email was received with freight information stating that a replacement would come in two days. Amazing!!! This is what I call professionalism and fantastic customer service. I would give Skinomi 10 stars if I could.
