It's really good except that the footrest has a couple really cheap welds that will eventually crack and leave you with a $700 footrest replacement. I've had 2 of them. There is a weld that has WAAAY too much weight on the weld. I'm going to try and butcher one of my footrests to reinforce it, but that will be probably a couple days of my time. I'm lucky to have a workshop and tools. It's not repairable by the average user.

Very relaxing and comfortable. My husband and myself would fight for who can sit for another 30mins on it.

UPDATE: Just got broken right after the warranty expired.It took extra $500 to fix this issue.OLD REVIEW:So happy with purchase, using it everyday and everyone in the family loves it. Love the SL and auto/manual so many variations you can come up with . I bluetooth the audio with big TV and watch it on the chair, feel like heaven

The chair is capable of being great but the control software is not very good. You can’t just enjoy a massage without interacting with the intensity of the air bags or strength of the rollers constantly. Needs an update and I’m not sure it can be updated. Someone please tell me their is a firmware update coming!

The 4D back functions are excellent. The foot massager is mediocre by comparison. Any foot larger than size 10-11 will not comfortably fit in the foot massager. In addition, there is a feature that I absolutely hate: The machine will attempt to move the foot massager up until it senses heel pressure from your foot every single time you start a cycle. It is incredibly annoying. I want the foot massager to stay where I set it, but every time you start a cycle it does this, and every single time I have to press down with my left heel to stop it, then I have to enter the position mode to reset the leg length to maximum. If I could override that feature and have a bit more room in the foot massager, it's be a great massage chair.

I am previous owner of Inada Dreamwave and I can say safely say that this chair beats Inada Dreamwave so hard. This chair gives much better, stronger massage than Inada Dreamwave ever could and it comes with all of those modern features that Inada dreamwave is solely lacking. SL tracking, Foot Roller, Bluetooth, built in HD Speaker, android phone apps for remote control, true 4D heated roller, fancy design and lights, etc.Seriously.. if somebody wants to charge $9000 for massage chair in 2018, they should have all these features at least and inada dreamwave had none of them. This chair is much more comfortable to sit in and gives amazingly good massage. Yes, it's not better than human hands but it is close enough.Only thing it's missing is head massage, lol. Anyway, I grabbed this chair for $5500 during black friday sales and sold my year old Inada Dreamwave. When I first sat on this chair, I knew immediately that this is the chair I want. There may be better chair than this somewhere in the world but compared to Inada dreamwave or Cozzia Qi, this is far better choice. By all mean, get this chair if you can afford it. You won't regret it.
