Exicted to be more flexibile and mobile
This is a terrific program.I have all of Mark Lauren's other DVD programs and both his books, and use them all. Mobility RX is a "gentle" workout that slowly progresses through variations that allows your body to open up gently and gradually. I was amazed how limited my flexibility and mobility really was in my shoulders and my hips. In just a few workouts I see my range of motion has improved. I have used this workout as a stand alone workout, a cooldown after a HIIT workout, and a warmup prior to a "strength" workout. As an aside, I really like the way his programs show what muscle groups are the focus of the "work" you're about to do, the geek in me likes seeing that, and it does help me evaluate my form and technique.I really appreciate the fact that Mr. Lauren put out a program to address a real need; improvement in flexibilty and mobility. I would recommend this workout to anyone and everyone.

Good workouts. Yet to determine whether it's a fit for my overall training regimen.
I began using Mark Lauren's YAYOG program in late 2013, and when through all 4 levels before choosing the Master Class level as my standard workout routine (which I used to supplement martial arts training). So, I'm fairly familiar with Mr. Lauren's approach, and I really, really like it. After almost 4 years of YAYOG, I was enthusiastic to try Mobility RX, as my mobility and flexibility is a lingering shortcoming of my training over the past several years (I am 48 by the way). After 3 weeks of Mobility RX, I am generally positive about the workouts, but am reserving a final assessment for now: it is likely to take 3 months or so before I am able to offer a truly knowledgeable assessement of how the program supplements strength and martial arts training. For now, though, I can share a few impressions. First, the warm-up routine (10 minutes) is excellent, and should be suitable for a variety of activities, not just the 2 workouts on the DVDs. Next, the workouts are deceptively easy... as other reviewers have suggested, you will be sweating and breathing hard by the end of either workout (assuming you're working hard and not coasting, and are not already noodle limber). The workouts target the shoulders, hips, and ankle joints, as well as the large muscles attached, effectively. Being someone with suspect knees, elbows and shoulders, I do not feel that these workouts are "dangerous" for my joints, and that's a real plus. On the downside, I could use more adductor flexibility (mostly for kicking), and while there is a seated straddle included in one of the workouts, I would have liked a bit more. Now, these workouts are for general mobility, and not specifically stretching for martial arts kicking, so that is really a minor critique.I am planning on using Mobility RX as my active recovery program: the rest of my program consists of two days of kettlebells, one day of martial arts class and one day of boxing (solo) training. After a few months, I will update this review to provide my assessment of how Mobility RX fits into this program. I expect it will be an excellent complement, but can't say for sure just yet.

Another excellent DVD set from Mark.
I'm 40 years old and I've put my body through a lot (Football, Powerlifting, MMA, BJJ, etc). Currently, I only do BJJ and I find I couldn't move like I used to. I chalked it up to age, until I started trying to improve my game. I also had a lot of tendinitis likely secondary to muscle imbalances. I started slow (AM/PM Yoga by Rodney Yee) and then progressed to bodyweight exercises (YAYOG by Mark Lauren) and now I'm on to this DVD set. This is a great set of movements. They incorporate almost every muscle group and joint. I really saw how inflexible certain joints were for me. The routines are not tiring or strenuous, but they do wonders for your balance, coordination, and stability as well as mobility. My stiffness has been incredibly reduced and my balance and flexibility are much, much, better. I recommend this to everyone!!!

Buy these videos, well worth the cash
Excellent videos for mobility training. At 57 years old and after being T boned by a truck several years ago while riding a motorcycle my back and joints aren’t what they used to be. These workouts are for me not as tedious as yoga and though some of the exercises look like they would be easy I can feel the muscles stretching each time I do them. My arthritic shoulder and knees feel much better after doing these workouts just a few times. I recommend these videos to everyone who feels stiffness in their joints or back, I believe everyone can benefit from them.

Big fan
I love Marks work. Yeh it's hard work but you're not going to see any gain sitting in an arm chair. This rather unnecessarily large package is great for doing on the days between more intense training or even instead of the intense stuff if you're not feeling well. Good stretching technics that can achieve results in a safe way. Highly recommend his YAYOG stuff and EFX.

Fantastic DVD and fantastic service - thank you
Really happy with this purchase. Arrived on time. It is true to description and having watched the DVDs all the way through, a very clear explanation of what to do and why. Have tried on of the exercise and can feel a marked improvement in range of movement. Brilliant, would highly recommend to anyone trying to correct poor posture and increase flexibility.

Great product. I was feeling and moving better after ...
Great product. I was feeling and moving better after only a few workouts. Good instruction...Just pause the DVD between each movement if you need more time initially. The only criticism is that it could have included more options and progressions for people who are highly inflexible. I found that some of the hip/hamstring movements required an initial level that was beyond my starting ability and I had to come up with my own modifications. This is only a minor criticism however and overall I highly recommend!!
