Great little product for traveling with your meds
This is compact and freezes up quick and stays cold for many hours. Ideal for traveling with required medications. Fits right into the little case I purchased from same seller. That case came with two ice packs, I opted to order two more for a long flight I am taking. Good purchase. Arrived on time and packaged nicely.

Staying solid - not so great
The ice packs stay cold for about 4 to 5 hours. Not enough time to complete my long flights overseas. Not much on the market for anything longer than 5 hours.

VERY SMALL ICE PACKS
CAVEAT: THiese soft ice packs are very small; apparently, they are meant for a diabetic pen injection device or something similar; I didn't read that in that description on the website; i wanted a soft ice pack larger then these, so I returned them; but I imagine they would work fine for a small injectiable pen that you want to keep cool for a couple of hours stored in a size appropiate case while travelling

Not As Described- Waste of Money!
Not at all as pictured and described. A gross misrepresentation of the item. These are super tiny and meant to only freeze a tiny insulin bottle. What a waste of money!

Always check measurements
Would work for a toothache, headache, neck pain but … I didn’t check the measurements - they’re quite small. Plus they ARE NOT flexible gel packs so they freeze solid. I’m giving them a 3 star rating because they may be beneficial in some way at some time (though the cost of $8 is a bit much for this item). The fault is mine for not paying attention.

Have i read the wrong product description?
I ordered this expecting that a thermal bag for transport is included as what the description said. But i received the package to have the 2 gel packs only. How can i use these gels then without the transport bag.
