Doctored Locks Extra Long Premade Synthetic Dreadlocks - 22 inch Double Ended Hair Extensions - Ash Blonde/Platinum Blonde

I bought these in black (my natural color) and purple. After a botched haircut I decided to try synthetic dreads to get me through the growing out phase. They arrived very fast. These are really small and very shiny and silky. I read a few online tutorials about sealing them and sealed mine a little before my husband helped me install them.They were very easy to install if you watch a few online videos. They look very nice. I'm pleased with them enough that I ordered 3 more colors.These will get me through the painful process of growing my hair back out without feeling totally hairless.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they do require sealing and are quite a bit smaller in diameter than I expected, but overall I am very pleased and they look less fake and shiny each day. For the price you really can't beat these so long as you're willing to seal them yourself and let them break in a bit.I ordered pre made dreads on etsy that cost over 150 dollars, but plan to incorporate these into my style along with them.

So I love these, Only reason these are getting a 4 is because I discovered they are actually $2 cheaper on the Doctored Locks website, plus there are more color options there. They are more twists then actual dreads, but thats not hard to fix if you really want to. I didn't feel the need to because the twists look enough like dreads for me are very easy to work with and install. I have a bought a bunch of colors and they all look amazing. From now on though I will be ordering directly from the Doctored Locks website, with no prime shipping to justify the $2 mark up there really isn't a reason to buy through amazon.

So let me start with the negative. When I got the product I was very disappointed because they were not "dreadlocks", they where hair that was just twisted and sealed. So I decided to back comb them my self and reseal them. Now the positive part of my purchase. Even though I had to back comb and reseal them (used the YouTube video on there YouTube channel to learn how to do it) they turned out amazing. Sense they were twisted and sealed already when I did the back combing and sealing, it made is super easy and they turned out perfect. I would reorder this again. I do think they need to put in the description that they are not pre back combed.

I bought these dreads they are small so you need to buy a bit of them I got two of the black and two of the pink. That's what filled my hawk they only down fall is they weren't sealed as good as the purple or Blu ones I got a few months ago. I truly love these tho. If your a first timer you souls try to go to their web to watch the videos these are not just extensions you just throw a regular braid with they will not last that long that way. But I truly love them

I absolutely love these! They arrived way sooner than expected and the quality is gorgeous! I plan on buying accessories from Doctored Locks when I get paid again!Update: I've now ordered 3 different dreads. They always come earlier than expected and the color is exactly as shown. This 3rd time I got them they threw in an extra surprise. A blonde and black striped extension. I absolutely love Doctored Locks!

Just got mine... Sooooo excited to put them in... So soft... And it's beautiful colors of the blond and darker blonde mix... And bought 4 packs (40 all together) to do almost all my head... Just the right size too... Definitely will order again... Shipped fast and got a candy fish and little business card with them as a gift... So sweet of y'all... Thank u Doctored Locks!!!

Yeah, should have just bought the kanekalon hair, not the dreads. It came pre-rolled and halfway sealed, but do shiny and fake looking i can't imagine just installing them out the gate. If you're looking for natural-looking dreads, these aren't them. Unrolling and backcombing these was torturous. It would have been so much easier if the twist hadn't been locked in to them, because with backcombing you end up with more knots than tease. Nice length and color, just don't expect to get these and not have a ton of work ahead of you like i did. Will definitely still shop doc locs, just woulda been nice to know what I'd gotten into.

UpdatedI put them in as was and they're still amazing. I recommended them to everyone They don't untwist or fall out of the twists like everyone is concerned about! They look like real dreads and I definitely will be buying againI am completely in love with them! They are exactly what they say they are! Im slowly installing the new ones as I'm uninstallng my old ones. I'm definitely going to order them again. My sides are shaved so there's four packs in my hair btw
