These are amazing! Nice, dry and toasty. I order these all the time and decided to write a review. There is a good mix between large, medium and small chunks, as well as powder. I grind my teeth a lot due to stress at work so these are great to crunch on. It alleviates the need to stress grind so often.

This may be a long review so bare with me lol. I received the container with the blue top and the first time I tried it it was okay I mixed it with some cornstarch but I quickly noticed it left a scratchy feeling in my throat. This persisted after about 3 times until I got really sick and lost my voice. Fast forward to about 3 weeks later I decide to test the theory and see if I really got sick because of the arrow root, and once again it got me sick although I didn’t lose my voice this time my throat and chest has still been hurting for almost a whole week and I have a pretty nasty cough. All I’m saying is read the reviews before you order this product and do a little more research and actually take into consideration the literal warning on the side of the container. (Disclaimer: this happened to me and I don’t even consume/ swallow this or any other starch product.)

If you have been looking for a cornstarch like snack without the side effects then this is it. The chalky dry crunchy texture is heaven. I’d say let it air out for a day or so to minimize the earthy taste . You can even scent it. I have looking for something like this after I had to quit starch due to the side effects and weight gain.

Amazing product! I have probably ordered this over 10 times. I love it. I keep coming back because it’s so pure and crunchy. It also helps with my stomach aches. I would highly recommend.

Update review, taste just like corn starch, great crunch, probably better then making yourself, chunks are huge, melt in your mouth, nothing was in container, probably last awhile, just get craving once in awhile, probably mix another starch with it, if you like certain brands for me, its creamy, fresh.

The taste wasn’t that great

I’m writing a review only because if people continue to act and chew on this product. In another couple years there’s going to be a class action lawsuit. Headlines as follows. Big arrow root cornstarch gave me cancer. This stuff taste like lead or maybe even paint

Taste great. Very crunchy. I love the size of the chunks.
