This was a birthday present for my granddaughter that I bought on behalf of her daddy. When he unpacked it yesterday to assemble it it was badly scratched and chipped on the frame and the rear reflector was broken. Normally we would have sent it back but her birthday is today and this will be the only opportunity he has to see her for the foreseeable future. Very disappointed.

All over the bicycle is a good deal. Apparently crank's set came out with a defects (knocking when I pedal, a month after constant cycling) so it costed me extra £100. I can suggest is just buyer's luck and even with 100 on top, is pretty good buy. Especially for children as, even with the defect, was in good working condition

Great bike for my 9yr old daughter. The bike is very well made.

Great bike but when it arrived and we set it up the front wheel has a puncture. Our daughter hasn’t been able to go out on it yet.
