I needed to replace the faucet of our guest bathroom as it was getting pretty ugly looking and also the drain was blocked once again. My wife selected this waterfall faucet with brushed nickel finish as it was a good match for our bathroom. Installation was easy for both the faucet and the pop-up drain. We love our new faucet, it looks very nice and clean, feels very solid and well made, and everything works as it should. One thing I noted is that the drain doesn't have an anti-clog basket which would be nice to have. Also, the nut that fastens the drain from below the sink is very thin, would be nice if it was a bit thicker to make installation a bit easier and just to match the overall quality of this product. Our cold water shut-off valve is a bit to the side, so the provided 20" water supply line was just able to connect with nothing to spare, actually I had to angle the shut-off valve a bit. We are very happy with our purchase, it has upgraded our bathroom for sure. You will get good value for your money and I recommend this product.Lessons learned: This is the first time I installed a faucet, and the following has nothing to do with the quality of the product itself. So, when I flushed the multi-turn shut-off valve before connecting the water lines the valve seal broke and we had an emergency at our hands. I had to shut off the main supply line (it's in the crawlspace) and then replace the shut-off valve. Therefore, if your valves are a bit older, I do recommend changing them at the same time you install the faucet and replacing them with 1/4-turn valves. Besides the usual wrenches I recommend you have a sleeve puller handy so you can remove the old compression ring seal. Also, I now keep a reserve shut-off valve just in case, this avoids having to shut off your home water supply until you have obtained a new one from the HW store.

It was incredibly easy to install once I got the old one out. They even include a tool to assist with tightening the nuts in a tight space. It does come with a pop-up stopper which is very nice and well made. It also comes with replacement water lines. I love the way it pours out like a water fall. I purchased the chrome and it really is nice. I went from a 3 piece to this one piece and it has an adapter included that covers the holes flawlessly.

It was too big for our small sink so we returned it but the faucet is beautiful and at a good price. Can’t speak to installation or how well it works but it’s a nice looking piece.

This faucet is beautiful has a wonderful oil rubbed bronze finish and it is solidly built. I was able to install this in like 45 minutes and it works great. It reminds me of something you would see in a farmhouse, which goes with the decor in the bathroom.

First the good: Faucet seems heavy and solid. Looks nice installed and seems to work well.The not so good: Faucet itself was NOT oil rubbed bronze color but plain matt black. The sticker code does indicate the correct one, but the color is not. Therefore it does not match the oil rubbed bronze color of the separately shipped pop up stopper, which WAS oil rubbed bronze. Needed now so no time for replacement. Disappointing, but it will have to work.Also there is a low quality washer/screen at the ends of the riser hoses that works by compression but is easily chewed up just by installing. If you have to remove the hose from the valve for any reason be prepared to have to go out and get something to replace that, as otherwise it won't seal and will leak. They should include a spare in the box but don't. Local big box stores didn't have the exact replacement but was able to make do with one of their alternate suggestions.If it weren't for these two issues I would have given it 5 stars as it seems like a really nice faucet, and I'm overall pleased, but the issues are what they are so I took off one star for each. What can I say.UPDATE: After posting my initial review, I was pleasantly surprised that their customer service reached out for more information, so I am updating with this added information. After requesting photos of the item, box info, etc. to check on their factory QC, as I assume black instead of bronze was incorrectly assembled, they also sent me replacement washers so I would have the proper screened one to keep junk going into the faucet. So I'm adding back a star, as the end result seemed to turn out decent, even if I was a little disappointed on the color mismatch. Not enough to worry about swapping it out, as the black/nickel I received looks OK and will still blend in, and it seems like a pretty solid fixture. But I am happy to report their customer service was good and I am overall pleased.

I bought two of these for the main bathroom. When I received them, one faucet had ok water flow, nothing great but I could live with it. The second one had low hot water flow. I had that one replaced and the replacement was the same way. I thought I could live with it and just not use that sink very often. Well, a year in and neither faucet has any hot water flow. There is the smallest trickle that comes through. I've pulled the lines and everything I can see is clear. No reason except for what's inside the faucet handle which only comes apart with a special tool. Haven't bought the tool to take it apart yet. Think I'm just going to buy two different faucets locally. No replacement since it's over 30-days. HIGHLY recommend NOT buying this one.

Great addition to our bathrooms

As we have a his and hers sink my hubby walked me threw how to install while he did the other sink. It was super easy fit well in our ceramic sink and we didn't need any additional parts. Removing the existing drain was waaaaaay harder. The entire process took about 25 min. The faucet itself feels heavy and good quality. One of the drains did not really fully tighten so water slowly leaks when the drain is pushed down, but I don't't think it is a big deal really.

This faucet looks very nice. However I wish I had paid more attention to the feedback from others about it leaking. We installed it on a pedestal sink which involved taking the sink off of the wall. Installed the faucet and put the sink back. It leaked. So…..had to do it all over again. There were other comments about where the sink leaked and I should have dealt with that the first time around just incase. Oh well, it does looks pretty.
