I really like this bag, but the telescopic handle is very poor quality compared to the rest of the bag and the retail price...it's very wobbly and the first level does not catch. I'll keep it since I got it on a deal day sale...otherwise I'd return it. I give 2 stars because you should not skimp on total quality.

All reviews across the internet of this company's products seem to be great. I chose this bag as a carry on, which I'm happy to report it actually does carry it all for a short trip. It's super versatile and can either be carried as a rolling luggage piece or as a backpack (straps tuck in and can't be seen when not in use). Really like the TSA friendly compartment for my laptop (meaning you don't have to put it in a gray bin), and the built-in rechargeable battery - perfect for situations where you're stuck in a crowded airport with a dead cell phone and no access to a power plug. Overall - high quality, functional in very useful ways and nice looking. Highly recommend.

This suitcase appears to be excellent quality - sturdy construction, solid wheels and handle, and tough fabric. It is also has the unique combination of backpack and wheeled suitcase, which is why we purchased this ECBC product.Depending on your travel needs, this could be the perfect suitcase. For me, there were too many compartments, which limits overall capacity. Further limiting storage capacity, the wheel/handle mechanism protrudes significantly into the largest compartment. So, I returned the suitcase.On the other hand, it you take regular short trips and always put your laptop in your carry-on, this could be a terrific suitcase. But even for this type of use, I would still want to pad my laptop, as the compartment is near the exterior of the case. And the included battery is a clever idea, but, if you have one, it is an unnecessary extra.

Awesome, but too expensive, I just bought because was on sale ($236,00 - still expensive), anyway, is a really nice product, besides the price I can't complain.

This is one of the best designed and best constructed computer travel bags ever made. My 17 inch laptop fits very well, but if it were smaller, there are pads with velcro that can be used to ensure a snug fit. The compartment for the ipad is perfect and I'm able to take an ipod, hard drives, extension cords, chargers, batteries, and everything else that is needed for travel. The zippered pockets are well designed and items stay put. There is also plenty of room for clothing. I really like the pull out ID panel, the way that the front can be unzippered for security screening, and the pocket that is just right for my boarding pass and passport. The bag is very high quality and after 2 trips, my bag still looks like brand new. The best feature is that the top of the bag is strong and solid enough to hold a bag on top of it with no problem at all. This makes it easy to stack items and roll easily through the airport or through parking lots. Other computer bags and packs that I've used before have waffled and left me with too many items to carry. The handles are in the right places and very convenient. I can't say enough good things about this bag - I am sure I will have it for a long time.

I love this company's products. This is the second piece in their collection that I have purchased (first one over a year ago), and they are my new brand of choice. This piece of luggage has a ton of features and there are even 2 ways to carry it. You can roll it on wheels or pull out the comfortable straps and carry it as a backpack. (when straps are not in use they are hidden in their own compartment). It also has a designated front zippered compartment to keep my laptop, tablet and power cords handy. The quality is evident and it looks great.
