I suffer with tinnitus and a very noisy neighbours boiler that fires up all night, so I'd get to sleep but wake an hour later at the slightest thing. My sleep patterns have been very erratic this past year with everything going on, to the point that I would very often take myself off to the spare room so I didn't disturb my husband by being wide awake for 4 hours during the night. Started drinking this 30 mins to an hour before bed, now I go off to sleep and stay in a deep sleep until the alarm goes off. I've even started dreaming again, something I haven't been doing for months. Amazing stuff! Give it a try!

Sleepy tea!
Sleepy tea we call it, does exactly that, really calming before bed abs a great night sleep for me and the wife. Drink about 1hr before bed. This will be a regular order now
