Love this, produces just the right amount overnight to add to my health shake in the morning to give it a decent coffee flavour.

Makes the cold brew at a good speed to get a nice extraction.

Received this a little while back and today had a chance to open it and make myself a nice cold brew since I've got a bit of time.Sadly, despite the good packaging the item arrived broken, so I'll see if I can get a refund.Sorry to miss out on my coffee. I have been making cold brew by various means over that past year or so, mainly steeping the grains in water for 24 hours but but that method even with a filter is messy and required additional filtering.The Drip Kit is very good the coffee comes out with little or no mess any I have only been using this for my cold brew since receiving it. The Coffee is no better than the Steeping method to my limited palette.You can not rush the brew it takes time to get the best out of the coffee, 3-4 hours at least, I find for 1 drink I am using 1/4 cup of coffee (using baking measure) and around 300-400ml of water, I tamp down the coffee in the holder slightly so it is lightly compacted, i set the dripper to drip every 3-5 seconds (Longer the better), If i want to make more coffee I put 1/2 cup in and run 2 lots of water through the dripper giving around 800ml of strong coffee, which will keep in the fridge for several days.So Overall a very good system, you do need to plan ahead for your cuppa, with the right coffee makes excellent cold brew, I use Asda Ethiopian coffee it works very well. Slight work of warning the above measures make quite strong coffee which I like if you dont like your coffee that strong reduce the quantities, or just add some cold water to the brew ;)
