The media could not be loaded. I have had this product for 2 days now so I can gove a fair and honest review on it. From intense gamin sessions to relaxing watching youtube with it. In both scenarios Im pretty satisfied with the investment I made into this xbox adapter. Gaming with friend was easier to make game chat or party louder and my friends have said I sounded a lot clearer with the adapter being used.There is only two things that I was able togind wrong with the product. (Which is great since I was lookin for more to be wrong with it.)The First - The headphone jack is a little smaller than it needs to be. It makes it feel like you are trying to force the headphones to come out and could possibly lead to the adapter to break. But It does add a layer of protection so you controller jack does not break which I found to be reassuring. Well that and the fact it come with a 1 Year Warranty so even if it brakes They will send you another one for free is it brakes in that time period.The Second- This could be just a me thing but when I use it with a gaming headset it works great but when I tried using my AKG Earbuds I could not talk using them when I can without the adapter. I tried using a different controller and even used it on a brand new controller I bought and can't seem to make it work. Which I found disappointed when I found out because it whould be better used with my earbuds than the gaming headset.In conclusion though this os a great product and Im very exited to see how it will preform in the future.

This small device is a game changer that connects to my XBOX S controller and it allows me to change the volume for the voice chat or game sound independently. I no longer have to fumble the volume adjustment on my headset or from the XBOX menu setting as this device has volume +/- as well as mute button.While this adapter works great with my XBOX S controller, I did notice that my wired old XBOX One controller won't work with this adapter as it doesn't have USB port so make sure to check your controller before getting it. It will work without any issue with more recent XBOX X and S controllers without any driver or software installation. The adapter doesn't get in a way of using the controller yet provides quick and easy way to adjust the volume or mute the mic directly from the controller. A must-have for online gamers who chat with online friends using the mic.

Had a little trouble getting the first adapter shipped to me to work so I emailed levelhike and was sent a working replacement immediately. The new one works with my Xbox series x controller and Astro a10 headset. 10/10 customer support

Didn’t work straight out of the box. The mic function was nonfunctional. Waste of time

Works well with the Xbox controller I have, but I kept disconnecting from discord on the Xbox, while that could just be an issue with the Xbox and controller I’m not sure. Easy to insert into the dock on my controller and the buttons work well. Might have to try a different controller to see if the disconnect issue happens again

Works on my controller but won’t work on my sisters. It won’t stay at the same “magnifications” I make (won’t stay at the same volumes I’ve made, like it will reset every time. Also makes a more of a keyboard click when hitting the buttons instead of a more dull sound. I say all of this because I wanted to buy another adapter for my sister so she would stop taking mine but it ended up not even working on her controller… it works on mine but my friends say I sound staticky and very quiet despite having my mic almost right on my mouth and they had my volume all the way up. It works depending on the controller, you can hear everything well it’s just not best for if you want to talk
