Best paint ever. I will use nothing else. I cannot believe the negative reviews I have read. This paint goes on thin and easy in no time at all - no drips no runs. Super fast drying time ensures a second coat can be applied very soon. I usually leave it a day or two, but I managed two coats within hours. Beautiful finish on doors and skirtings. Exactly what I wanted. Decorating tips for negative reviewers would be: use a bit of sandpaper first to provide a key especially if you are trying to cover up old, yellowed gloss or coloured gloss. Be prepared to do more than one coat - it goes on so quick it is really not much of a chore. Two or three thin coats are better than one thick clotty, runny, sticky mess. Try using a little roller instead of a brush on doors. The sellers packaging was perfect! Cannot fault a thing. Excellent delivery with useful information regarding delivery from the seller.

Avoid.
The instructions say apply one extremely thick coat (in so many words). I could do that with any paint at half the price. The paint is thin. It 'waves' across horizontal surfaces and drips off vertical ones. The instructions also say "may need two coats". Its Dulux Once. Not Dulux Mabey Twice. The fumes are absolutely unbearable. I was light headed and i could literally taste it on my tongue. Never again. Oh and it takes 16 hours to dry. I could have applied two coats of other paint and had my curtains back up in 10.EDIT - The paint is now dry and the finish is not satin it is gloss. Which is exactly what i did'nt want.

Great easy to use paint.
I have nothing to compare this to because i’ve never painted anything before. I used this to paint a new narrow pine bathroom door, I found it really easy to use, I like that it is quick drying, I had no problems with it at all. I think the finish is good. I did 2 coats on top of a primer, it could have done with another coat to finish it off better but I’d had enough of painting after two. The tin was big enough for 2 coats and 2 coats to a thin door stop with a bit left over, so i think it would do 2 coats on a normal size door. I would certainly use this paint again and hopefully my painting technique will improve too.

Fast and easy.
I have tried three or four water-based gloss paints and this is the best. Some never seem to fully dry and permanently feel somewhat tacky in damp conditions. This paint is excellent in that regard. Having said that, it's nothing like as hard wearing as oil-based gloss. The main reason you want to use this is that it's very fast and mess free. In the summer it's dry in minutes not days, and everything is easy to clean. You can easily do two undercoats and two topcoats in warm weather. I would recommend four coats rather than three because water-based undercoat doesn't have the covering power that oil-based undercoat does. You may need more coats but they dry so fast it's not really an issue. For doors you can also roller this stuff but you need to have a brush handy to run over it quickly , because the roller will leave tiny bubbles.

This is what I got
Good product but almost half of the paint was outside the box when i got it.It shouldn't spill like this during normal transport
