It was easy to install and it works great.

Did not seal to the truck body on top.
Replaced my original mirror because it broke. This replacement mirror did not fit tight all the way around. Had to put clear silicon on top to make it water tight .

It fit 2010 ran 1500 slt
I hooked it up and the install was simple. The positioning function works properly. I havent had to use the defrost function as of yet.
