I wish I had one of these when I first got my watch Fitbit ionic. They did a recall on the ionic watch but I wasn't going to part with mine.

Yes, I had to buy a second unit but only because my 4 month old puppy chews up the cable. The first one was working perfectly until then.So when I had to replace it I automatically came back and bought the exact same unit. And it works just as well as the first one did.Sometimes I don't understand Amazon. While entering this review Amazon wanted me to rate the mobile app for this charger. It doesn't HAVE a mobile app.

This is a great product to use instead of Fitbit's poorly-designed charging cable. It charges quickly and completely. Please be aware that if you have a protective or decorative bumper that is used around the watch, you will have to remove it to charge the watch, as the charger is made to fit the watch snugly, and with the bumper on it, it will be too wide and will not fit. I was very impressed with the seller's customer service. They sent a follow-up email wanting to ensure that I was happy with the product, that it was performing to my expectations, and letting me know that they guarantee the product for a year and if I had any issues whatsoever, they would make it right within 24 hours. I replied and let them know that my charger was intermittently giving a message that it was not receiving sufficient power to charge my watch. It would eventually start charging again, but I had to keep an eye on it and it made the charge time considerably longer. They replied back, asked me a few questions about how and where I was charging the watch, and quickly determined that the charger was faulty. Rather than replace it, they refunded my money and asked me to order a replacement, which I did. They did not require me to return the faulty charger. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, unlike other sellers I have dealt with in the past. With them, when I reported an issue, the seller would write back and forth several times over the course of a week or more, asking questions, making excuses, requiring me to send them a photo, etc. Not this seller - they stand behind their product and are genuinely interested in the customer's satisfaction and in maintaining a good reputation, which is one reason I decided to post this review. You can purchase this product with confidence.

Bought this charger for my boyfriends Fitbit. He LOVES IT!!!

In Aug 2018, I was given a FitBit ICONIC for my birthday. While the provided charging cable was fine, it was kinda clunky on my desktop. Also, the watch was a pain as it didn't always sinc with iPhone, etc. FitBit support wasn't much help and the watch ended up in a drawer after a bit of frustration.Fast forward about a year: I saw this charging option and decided to give the watch another try. I also started exercising more and wanted to measure my progress. This charging stand is awesome, always "clicking" in the watch so that it charged. Sometimes with the FitBit cord, the magnets didn't set property or I knocked it, resulting in no charging. This stand NEVER had issues, allowing me to "rediscover" the FitBit!Now the WARNING: I was so happy, that I updated the watch via FitBit firmware update, hoping that might fix the Bluetooth/WIFI connections. I presumed FitBit's update was properly tested; I was wrong, and their update KILLED my watch. I thought it was a fluke, but FitBit support after trying a few things, tried to SELL me another watch with a whopping 25% discount from their website, having inflated prices compared to amazon. Note: there are several folks on the web sharing their bad experiences. FitBit doesn't stand behind their firmware updates and because the watch is out of date, I'm screwed. May people, self included, are wondering if FitBit isn't up to something with the updates, killing watches and then trying to get owners to purchase a new one via Fitbit's website! I'm off to get an apple watch.

This is a mixed review, as I bought this in hopes of finding my Ionic was not really dead, but the problem being the charge cable! Unfortunately, this didn't solve my problem, so I bought a new Ionic as my birthday gift. On receipt, I decided before tossing the old to see if the new Ionic cable would work and to my surprise, it did - at 10%, I threw it on this charger which had NO problem charging it to 100%, just not from a totally dead state if. I now have 2 Ionics, the old one >2yrs has seen its best days, I keep it as backup, giving my 4yr old Blaze to my son.What mobile app the review asks about, I've no idea, yo my knowledge there's not one - I hope to hear otherwise if there is! Personally,I love the stand, it's more convenient and easier to use than the magnetic cable and the cord has plenty of length, if not overly so - however, I'm unable to 'update' on it for some reason, that requires the charge cable-a small inconvenience when/if. For what I paíd, I've no regrets buying the stand as it works great for simply charging!

Cheep feel. Poor quality plastic no grain/finish feel. Metal stand has sharp edges unfinished feel. Feels like low quality you can get from aliexpress sellers..Should be $25CDN at most. Thinking I will return it, but cannot find a good alternate standing charger,It does charge fine. has a cable management clips. LIke other chargers, cannot have protective covers on watch when charging.

Love this charger works better than the one that came with the Fitbit.
