Excellent for workplace book club
I convinced a bunch of co-workers to read this book. Now instead of being ruinously empathetic, manipulatively insincere, or obnoxiously aggressive so much, we are better off for it. Ignore the subtitle, it’s not just for management. Makes for some good discussions in book club, including maybe so chatter about who in the office maybe needs to be gifted a copy.Great book. 11 out of 10. Give copies to people at your workplace. Give a copy to yourself. Hopefully they read it. Hopefully you read it. Hopefully everyone learns to communicate in a way that is productive.

Best book on leadership I have ever read.
So I bought this book thinking I was buying “Fierce Conversations”. Turns out I was buying the wrong book - which turned out to be the best mistake I ever made because this book is way way better! This is hands down one of the best books I have read on leadership. The author takes a straight shooter, no nonsense, no BS, no pontificating approach to how to be a kick a$$ Manager! It’s great for leaders of all levels and walks through some foundational things (in a no nonsense way that doesn’t make you feel stupid) and then gets into how to actually establish trust with your direct reports. As in “say this” and “do this”. It is a very practical guidebook. I used an entire highlighter on every nugget I found - some pages are entirely highlighted!I will recommend this book to anyone I know. It is by far the most practical advice on getting things done, without leaving bodies in your wake.

Excellent Book - great read.
This book is really candid about the author's experiences and uses them to demonstrate how to apply some tried and true practices for management. Highly recommend if you manage a group of employees.

Great read!
Speak up. Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind. Radical candor exposes the dangers of remaining silent and not giving needed feedback. We all need to learn to provide feedback with caring.

Definitely applicable to Germany/Europe - und ziemlich super
