BlackBerry Curve 9320 Smartphone - Purple

previously I gave this a 5 star but one week later I was still having problems setting up email. Eventually I obtained an email address for Blackberry and asked them for an 'Activation Password'. They said they wouldn't supply this as the 9320 was an obsolete model they and wouldn't give technical support to, without this password it isn't possible to set up email. The distributor has accepted the return of this phone but I am very disappointed with Blackberry and won't purchase any of their products again.

As good as it can get. Useful as a second phone.
