First impressions are very good, although cleaner as supplied is more suitable for hard floors than carpets. However, having had the Von Haus Orange stick since 2016, I tried the turbo brush head accessory on the new Von Haus Dark Grey stick and found that it works well on carpets. I would have given 5 stars but the big let-down is that you can't buy spare filters for this model. The filters offered for the Orange do not fit the Dark Grey.

Really good little vacuum. Note that it can be quite hard to push on thicker carpets but it does do the job and would be okay for smaller rooms. However the suction power on it is really spectacular. I have tried it on some really dirty carpets and it has brought up so much dust that they look new again. The suction on it is absolutely brill, couldn't believe it for the size/price. Its also reasonably quiet. Needs frequent cleaning but that's to be expected, a quick tip out and it regains it's peak performance, probably will need the filters washing out quite frequently too but I haven't needed to for the first few uses. The cord on it is also not as long as some of your standard vacuums, but it isn't too bad for a normal sized house. Overall I would really recommend this product and I think it is more than worth it's modest pricetag.

They call it floor brush but then there are no brush bristles on it. So it's basically plastic chaving on the floor. If you don't care about scratches on floor boards you will be fine. I bought it for the office and luckily we have hard wearing floors but it's very annoying that they didn't say that in the description, very misleading! Suction is good though, can't fault that so far. It's not really lightweight though, but yes, it's easy to use (since that was one of the rating criterias) - I mean how hard can it be to use a hoover lol.

Today was the first time I used it, I'm very happy: is lighter and go to the corners easily. It has different ends to vinil and carpets. Works well in carpets. Very pleased. Thank you.UPDATE: AFTER THE 3rd TIME I USED IT, IT WAS BROKEN AND DIDNT WORK AGAIN.I SENT IT BACK TO THE SELLER AND THEY REFUNDED ME MY MONIES.THANK YOU

Normally I never write reviews. I am writing this as I was cheated. When I bought this item there was almost 1000 good reviews. After a week I saw there are only 5 reviews. I have reported to Amazon and I think the manufacturer is Dodgy.About the product: Rubbish as hell: I bought a turbo brush along with this product which is good for nothingI have managed to return both items.Never ever buy this item

Absolutely in love with this hoover. I live in a small 2 bed and I have two rescue cats that I fostered and ended up keeping because I fell in love. Was starting to lose my mind with cat hair and wanted something small and powerful with connections for the sofa and fabric materials. Well. I found it. This hoover is perfect. It's a quick job now to tidy and I don't feel like I'm going lose my mind with cat hair 😁 thank you so much

I bought this to hoover the stairs. The snag is the head is a ball joint and swivels in the wrong direction. It would be better if there was means to stop the swivel head. I will need to fit something to fix the head in place.
