This is a really great key lime baking extract. The flavor and quality are excellent. I highly recommend it.

I dont know why people compare this to chemicals. Its just a super concentrated lime smell/flavor. I love it and use it in my seltzer water. Only lime flavor brand i buy. Love it. It is very concentrated so be warned lol.

Opening the container the smell is heavenly. But it took considerably more than I expected to flavor my cake. I've had other brands that didn't make me have to almost triple the amount required. Would I order again, probably not. Nevertheless, my cake turned out delicious.

This extract/oil is very good. Because of its strength and aroma you will fall in love with it as I have. Great product. Not disappointed at all.

This is not an extract. It does not smell or taste anywhere near to pure lime extract. It smells and tastes like an eco-friendly descaling agent (think Citrisurf with Lime). Maybe it's better when cooked or pre-treated somehow but this is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to consume as a beverage flavor additive. As I said before, it does not taste at all like lime extract, more like a cleaning product, and is absurdly bitter. I tried mixing with soda water and simple syrup, for less than 0.5 oz of "extract" it took about 5 oz of syrup (nearly half a pint glass) to overcome the bitterness and even with that the "lime" flavor was just terrible, seriously god awful. The kind of taste that permanently stains your tongue with a foul flavor. If you decide to taste this "extract" straight from the bottle, keep a pair of scissors handy to make things less painful for yourself.(Three stars because it's so very funny to drop some in a friends drink while they are unawares)

Flavour is spot on! Key lime icing all the way! this is a very hard item to find in the city so last resort had to order online. Took a bit to get but was absolutely worth the wait. Doesn’t taste fake or man made. Has rich smell and flavouring.

I use the extract to flavor Lime juice and make Key Lime Pie.
