Phenomenal product! I stumbled on this particular supplement by way of several other Garden of Life products I continually use. I was able to kick the caffeine craze (coffee, energy drinks, soda) over a year ago. I have also noticed my immune system gain a huge boost already 2 weeks w/ use of VC Raw Kombucha. I switched my gym routine up from 9pm to now 4am, and already point to this product as a contributor. In addition, I am able to work 11 hour days Monday thru Friday, as some of us need the overtime pay to obtain some goals.There are no gimmicks here, this product is amazing and would recommend to anyone who feels the drag throughout the day, often gets sick or wants to avoid, or just want a natural boost to their overall well being. Also quiete cost effective. I will be a returning customer each month.

This was my second bottle, the first seemed to help more by giving me energy and feel better but the second bottle didn't make me feel the same. I would be open to try it again as I know it is a good product.

I have taken Garden of Life Vitamin Code vitamins before, but did not like having to take 4 capsules per day. The Kombucha capsules provide probiotics and an extra boost of energy in only 2 capsules per day. Definitely worth it!

I have been taking these supplements for over a year and a half. They have helped my immune system immensely. I used to get sinus infections that would eventually lead into a cold and would be sick for weeks. Have not had a cold, the flu, or a sinus infection since I began taking these. Every time it feels like something might be coming on, my immune system kicks it. I even got my mom taking them to help her.

I had read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing this product and I have to say it unfortunately did not work out for me. I tried to do some research on the supplements, themselves, but there wasn't anything online about the actual supplements. That should have been the dead giveaway for me, but because I've heard such great things about Kombucha, itself, and because I don't drink sweet drinks, I plunged right in with the pills. And now I'm totally paying for it! I finished the 30 day supply, and now my digestive system is totally messed up. I could say that it took about a full week for the supplements to kick in and actual show signs of change. I was having regular bowel movements once the pills kicked in, but my stomach hurt regularly and I had constant bloating and gas issues. And I have now been off the supplements for 3 weeks and the issues with my digestive system are on-going. I don't know that it is an indication of other underlying issues, but this definitely did not help! If you want to pursue kombucha, I recommend just sticking with the drinks.

Still on the fence. I drink GT liquid Kombucha every now and then due to the cost. What I can tell you, is I always always ALWAYS notice increased energy and alertness after drinking a bottle. With these pills...can't say I experience the same effect whatsoever. I will update as it's been a few days only. I'm guessing these have some benefit to them, just not certain it will ever be as good as drinking a bottle of Kombucha.

I cannot say enough good things about these. I've been B12 deficient and while taking the garden of life B complex caps have done tremendous things for me, these capsules have sent me over the moon. I can tell a major difference when I don't take these. They give me mental clarity, better and more stable moods, energy but not jittery... Just like you woke up on cloud 9 everyday. THANK YOU!
