Harbor freight hoist oil drain hose replacement
I have a harbor freight 20 gallon hoist oil drain tank that the hose became brittle and shattered. I needed a replacement as the warranty had expired years ago so I called harbor freight as the owners manual specified only to find that they don't sell replacement parts for this tool. The manual claims that they do. Anyways I found this hose with nozzle on Amazon for a more expensive model of what looked the same as the harbor freight model and the hose fit perfectly. It was reasonably priced and cheaper than buying bulk reinforced wire wound hose.

Hose gets brittle
The evacuation hose gets very stiff and brittle after about 15 to 20 uses. Eventually there is no flexibility left it’s now a pipe not a hose.
