Truly an OEM product -- easy install
This really is a full quality OEM part. I was a little skeptical because the price is about 2/3 what the local Ford store wanted for the same part, but I am extremely pleased.When you're looking at these, they come with a variety of cut-out configurations even though the core unit is the same. The 9L3Z-17B807-B is the right one if you have a receiver hitch under the bumper (no hole for a bumper hitch), and no reverse sensors. This one only has cutouts for the license plate lights, the spare tire lock, and two holes for the license plate screws.Installation was very easy. Remove the two plastic fasteners on the bottom of the bumper. Remove the license plate, tire lock & tag lights. Pop the old step pad off (careful not to scratch the paint). Align the tabs on the new one to the holes on top of the bumper, push down to snap into place, then reinstall the items you took off. You may want to replace the two plastic fasteners on the bottom with new ones. They are available at any auto store. Lastly, step on the pad all the way across to make sure it is fully snapped down.

Received Part# -C NOT Part#-B as described and pictured
I don't normally write reviews.This WAS a quality OEM FORD bumper cover, however, the item described and pictured is the -B version of the part# WITHOUT HOLES for sensors, what I ORDERED. What I RECEIVED was the -C version of the part# and it has 2 sensor holes in it. Both have the same Ford engineering number stamped on the bottom of the part but beware of the variation of -A, -B or -C versions. I hope they either correct this description or ship the correct part for the next customer. I returned and sourced local since I waited so long and had the day already planned for the repair. I hope this helps you.

perfect fit
I had more issues with removing the old one which had damaged than installing this new one. Would recommend a rubber mallet for the installation tool unless you have a palm on your hand like bigfoot.

Excellent OEM fitment
Easy to install, drop-in, EXCEPT I had to locate, drill and fit two holes for the backup sensors. Four stars as description said this was a drop-in for the Ford F150 Platinum.
