Apple MB417LL/A iMac 20in Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB RAM, 320GB Desktop (Renewed)

When I purchased (2) of these I was skeptical because some of the other sellers had poor reviews and this seller had no reviews on this item!!! But I took a chance and boy am I glad I did.1. items came properly boxed and secured.2. Extremely easy set up if you read the instructions.3. They keyboard takes two double AA batteries that go into the top and you must read the instructions on how to add the keyboard for set up!4. This bad boy worked out of the box (X2) with little effort.5. OS is properly installed and easy setup for additional users. Just like I am used to with Apple.6. The hardware was in excellent shape on both. Extremely small knicks on the frame but completely reasonable as a refurbished device. Not even noticeable unless you are looking for it.The is exactly the affordable and secure option we needed in our house of 9 people. I am so glad I found this!I’ll share a picture of the instruction sheet in case anyone so happens to not have one when they get theirs....

When I first saw this Apple Desktop, I was astonished by the price. But me being me, I decided to purchase it with my fingers crossed. I order it on March 23 and it came April 1st, I'm not going to lie I was scared I thought I bought something bad when the UPS man came to my door ... Yet, I didn't :) the package was well wrapped and the boxed was in excellent condition with all the paperwork including all the computer accessories. I'm not going to lie it had its flaws such as some of the keyboard keys would not stay on but no worries, I figure out how to put them back also only three keys had popped off. Also, you may get nerves when you first cut on because it may move a little but once it set up it runs great. Besides that everything works great, I am able to do most anything on it, my family loves it for school, work, and playtime for the children. I highly recommend I wanted to wait for await before writing a review to see how good it operates and to see what it was capable of doing. It has a great amount of storage, moves fast and has a great sound/picture quality. The conclusion is that it works like a charm. I hope this review helps fellow buyers! 😊

Good buy

The product was the problem not the friendly people that help me threw the problems with apple. Honest and straight forward. Imac was great but couldnt update anything because of build date.

The worst transaction I've had with Amazon- this computer is obsolete, being a normal binder from your nowadays Mac will fill its memory. The mouse and keyboard included ARE NOT Mac, even though the description says so, and they're not decent enough to clear the computer- it comes with an account you need to sign in to make your own.

Junk junk junk!!!! What a joke! “ Lost “ the first computer shipped and then three weeks later received a second computer is mailed out and its junk. You turn it on and it’s so loud it sounds like an air conditioner! Awful experience! And then expect me to pay for return shipping on this broken computer!

The product arrived in good condition, started up as soon as it was plugged in. However nothing could be done to use it due to the wireless keyboard and mouse because bluetooth wasn't turned on. The keyboard and mouse were very cheap (did not expect Apple products but have never seen more 'toy-like' keyboard and mouse) but the problem was in the set up. Fortunately a quick trip to the big box store produced wired key board and mouse. We turned on bluetooth and the wireless 'toys' worked but have ended up using the wired keyboard and mouse since they are sturdier and easier to use. Given the very low price of the computer itself, an extra expense of $18 for keyboard/mouse was not a problem. Very happy with the purchase.
