Was delivered to commercial shipping dock without damage. Home deliveries may not have such luck.... Loaded into cargo van, paid movers to take upstairs. Sucker is HEAVY.

Was delivered damaged with multiple scratches and dings, and a crack in the bottom front of the tub. Receipt from delivery man also has written on it that it was damaged. Submitted for a refund/return and waiting to hear back. Will update review when this is all settled. UPDATE: The return process was very simple, very simple, and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Biggest mistake in my career as a remodler was recommending my client have this tub shipped to him. My stupidity was huge. Hired two labors to help me remove the old cast iron tub and put the Bellwether tub in place. Only then did I discover it might be suitable for washing pets. It has the same slant on the end on which your back rests on the other end with the faucet. Takes about 4 or 5 inches off the length. They call it a soaker tub. Well, if you want less space to stretch out your legs and feet, maybe it's the sort of soaker you want. Never, NEVER buy a tub without going to one of the Kohler showrooms, wearing sweatpants, and get in the tub to see if you like it. This ******* tub is too cute by half.

Ordered, hired a piano moving company to get this upstairs. Not an easy feat. Once it was upstairs, we discovered the the tub is actually warped. The far right corner is lower. You can also see some twist in the apron in the left corner. The tile line will not be straight. The Kohler name is more hype than substance, as far as I can tell. For all that was spent on this, it is extremely disappointing. There is no way to remove it.

Beautiful bathtub!! I love how it goes so well with my tiles and bathroom design.
