Piscifun Onyx Braided Fishing Line 6lb-150lb Superline Abrasion Resistant Braided Lines Super Strong High Performance PE Fishing Lines

Recently went to Kiritimati (Christmas) Island for some flats fishing. Also did a day of blue water fishing offshore for some pelagics with a heavy spin outfit. Put the line to the test on some yellow fin tuna and wahoo and went undefeated on the day. Nice castability and no break offs. I tied a short length of flourocarbon in case a giant Trevally took me into the coral but never became an issue. I was able to put enough pressure on the fish early and kept them out of the sharp stuff.

I cannot break this line while fishing. It it the strongest braid available! And it is half the thickness of regular braid. I replace it often because I fish around a lot of rocks, but it has never failed....not once! I use the 30 lb test in yellow. The fish don't seem to mind the yellow, but it helps me see the line as I cast. I love it - I have ordered numerous 547 yards spools and will continue to do so.

I’m a avid fisherman that fishes for many species mainly bass on arrival I loved the color of the line witch is important to me I’ve have now flipped the line a few weeks on spincast and baitcasters and the product is working great and performing perfect no grays in line no tangles great product I will definitely continue to use just wish they had some shirts for me I’d definitely promote and wear it on my fishing tourneys

I usually use braid with a mono leader and have struggled to find braid I like. This is now my braid of choice. Great value and pretty cool colors. I love the blue I ordered! This braid is super strong but not a giant diameter making it easier to tie together with mono. Will be switching my reels to Onyx braid now.

All I can say is wow.... about 2 years ago I switched to running primarily braid on all my setups. I do a lot of small river and Creek fishing. I picked up the high vis yellow in 15lb. I primarily used power pro and was tired of spending $15 on a 150 yard spool. This stuff is half the price and it works just as good. I wish I had gotten on this train sooner! As an added bonus you can clearly tell the Piscifun braid is way brighter than the power pro. I love this when drifting lures in the river and detecting light bites! Do yourself a favor and save some money with this stuff !

I’ve waited a while to write a review because I wanted to test the product out first before so.I’m an avid surf fisherman, I fish at least 2-3 times a week either on the surf or the Bay.The setup I was using is a 9’ G-Rod paired with a Shimano Stradic Ci4+So it’s been about a month now, and I have to say I would NOT trust this line.The other day when I went out, i went baitfishing (not something I usually do. I like to throw plugs 99% of the time) I casted my line maybe 80-100yards out waited a bit, I had no bite so as soon as jigged the rod up to reel my line in, it snapped right before the first eye just above the reel. This has never happened to me before with named brand line, there’s no way there was abrasion on the line since it was so far in the spool, mind you I just casted 80-100 yards out and it snapped right above the reel.This is why I was very hesitant to buy a off brand line. I usually use samurai braid, suffix 832 or Daiwa J braid and I will continue to do so now.Completely removing the 240 yards off my reel and throwing it in the trash. If I lost a fish due to the line I would have been infuriated

Amazing braid! I have tried so called high end braid and this braid truly delivers what you want for your money and time spent on the water. Out preforms anything I have tried. I steelhead and salmon fish most of the year in Western Washington rivers and saltwater beaches in the Puget Sound. This line has not failed in anyway and I would recommend anyone that wants more out of their fishing experience to buy this product. Absolutely outstanding!! I purchased this Onyx line and you can see it, along with other Piscifun products, in action on the video connected to this review. I recommend this line to anyone who enjoys using braided line and wants to get a quality product that matches higher end material without breaking the bank. I have pulled my lures and fish through the thickest areas I could find with this line without any problems at all.

bought the 12lb braid for my spinning reel thought I try it out on a 18lb class boat rod basically test both out I found the braid sat nice and snug on the reel when I spooled it up I tired casting with with a 4oz weight it seemed to lay perfect on the reel then I tried the 12lb braid out with 12oz cannon ball weight dropping it down the side of the boat no problem I thought it wouldn't sit right on my reel with the weight it did. it sat smooth on my reel no kinks or twists with it so strong aswell even when using it for tope nothing no problem at all with the price wont hurt your wallet either I would buy this braid again.

This braid is just about ok!It's very rough to touch and thicker than other makes of the same strength. It's a bit disappointing really I expected better.I own a piscifun alijos reel which is simply amazing. If the braid was as good as the reel I would load all my reels with piscifun braid.Saying that I will use this braid at sometime, not sure what setup I'll use it with yet.It didn't live up to my expectations however it may please other anglers. OK I'm no expert but I've used kast King Chinese braid. 30 lbtest and although a bit thicker I could straighten hooks and pull up stumps with it and it seems to last forever. Spider wire braid Ive used. Really thin and again 30 lb test nearly impossible to break, lasts a season.This stuff, 30 lb test 4th trip out I noticed fraying. Broke the lines on both reels I spooled with this stuff today fairly easily. Sort of defeats the purpose of braid.I would not recommend this product.

Piscifun ONYX Braided Line very good line with good feel with no noticeable water absorption into the line and very tangle free line my first time using the line I pulled out a nice size smooth houndwe have to give this line 10 out of 10 very good price and good quality product.

My friend bought this for carp fishin used it 2 weekend ago works great very strong and durable coughs on it so all good would recommend and buy againx
