Yes, I'm a real person, and I highly recommend trying Iberogast.I have an autoimmune disorder that gives me a sluggish digestion (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis) and have developed SIBO ( a form of IBS), probably as a result. I've had daily constipation for 12 years. I've tried fiber supplementation, Low Dost Naltrexone, daily Miralax, mag citrate, etc etc. Nothing effective was safe for long-term use, nothing safe for long term use was effective.The Iberogast took about 3 weeks to fully kick in, but taking it with each meal has totally resolved my constipation. My gut transit time has also gone down, from 3 days (abnormal) to 1 day (within normal). I take as directed on the bottle - 19 drops in some water before (or during) each meal. I've started using fewer drops for smaller meals like breakfast and it still works for me. I have no side effects from taking this, and the taste doesn't even bother me anymore.It's like magic, honestly. I am so thrilled. If you do try Iberogast, make sure to give it a month to really kick in before you give up on it. It's subtle, which is actually a good thing - my MD says I can use it long-term.

Iberogast was made by a small German company, but after purcase by Bayer, the price went up 400% overnight. It is considered effective for pro-motility, GI pain, and reducing symptoms of SIBO. Most people tolerate it well, a few may have stomach discomfort.

I was suffering from Functional Dyspepsia for many years. I used to consume FDgard for the last few years and was happy with the results. However, I noticed discomfort in my stomach when I was traveling in Europe where FDG is not available. I tried Iberogast there and got a perfect result after a few days. I think this is even better than FD. The only disadvantage is that it's liquid and hard for me to take when I’m in a public space. It doesn’t taste bad to me. I’m happy that I found this.

This stuff has saved me numerous times in the 15 plus years using it. This should be in every medicine cabinet. I have some that travels with me. I use it at dinner most nights. And if you get sick this is a first go to. Zero to five stars I give it ten! Just get some you'll thank me recommending it.

This is the best product out there for upset stomach, indigestion, gas etc. Unfortunately, this is still not manufactured in any similar form in the states. Well worth it's weight in gold.
