I'd never used a cup before but heard lots about them. I wanted an inexpensive product as didn't want to spend a lot of money if I didn't get on with it.So a few tips for if you are using a cup for the first time. The stem on the cup can be a little uncomfortable as it is stiff, however after a couple of days of getting used to the cup and removing it I snipped the stem off and can retrieve the cup easily without needing the stem.After a few days of use I started to get heavy leaks, I was really concerned that it was the product, but it was not. I researched and found out that some people need to wear the cup lower. So if you do try these and you get leaks, don't despair, it could just be that you need to wear it lower. You still can't feel it in the lower position, and is really comfortable.If you have trouble with the cup opening, run it under cold water before inserting, this will help to give it a firmer hold and it will open a little easier, ensure you get a good seal.I have used the cup for a while now, you can wear them up to 12 hours in a day. I can tell you that I have worn this all day AND done an exercise class with NO leaks.It is the best move I have made and wish I had done it years ago.Don't hesitate, order now. There are so many helpful forums and you tube videos with advice to get you going.

So, after much research I took the plunge and ordered. My advice is to practice inserting and removal before your period if you're new to this like me.It only took a few goes to get the basics and the only reason for the 4 star rating is my period isn't due yet and have just been practicing!I'm pretty certain that the snug fit will indicate there should be no issues. Glad I've made the switch and hope to contribute to lessening product waste due to conventional sanitary methods.

This menstrual cup is really good, although I received a Large and needed a small I still continued to use it until I get a new one. Because it is too big, it doesn't unfold fully when inside but it still manages to catch everything, so I know that when I get the right size it'll be perfect. I used it when my period started at 3am in the morning, and it's usually heavier at the start, I used it whilst sleeping and when I woke up there were no problems at all, no leaks or movement of the cup. So I definitely recommend this! You can't feel it and it doesn't come out through the night or day. You get 2 of them and they come in a little egg shaped carry case for your bag. Cant say anything bad about it; customer services are also really helpful and very polite

Was very sceptical after a recommendation from a friend to try a cup.Fabulous really pleased. First try was a bit of a failure but after that found it really easy to use.However I did research online how to insert, takeout and sterilize as very scant instructions on the outside of the box.Just feel so much cleaner and fresher.

I had never heard of this. I have have awful monthly periods, I'm 50+and having my menopause. This is quite amazing. Wear a pad still, invest in Some gloves.You still save so many other issues that we all endure. Persist in getting it right because its a life saver. I didn't think it would work. Doesn't surprise me that it's not advertised like tampons. As it would put them out of business

These little cups are amazing!! In the past I was skeptical about these as I’d read a review about a lady accidently tipping the contents all over her pjs! (Yikes)However. These rule! Without being too graphic, I have NO leakage all day! I am so impressed.The material of this product, in particular, is slightly softer and more pliable than others I’ve tried and also has a decent lip running around the top which seems to work as a sealant.I think all women should at least try these not just because they help the environment, or because they cut the cost of sanitary products but also they are virtually leak proof for the entire day! ( I only say virtually because you do have to get it in correctly and it takes a little practice to develop a knack)I’ve tried a couple of different brands; the previous ones were the wrong size (that is important to note). These are larger. You may end up doing the same until you find one that works but these would be a great place to start! :D

This is a fantastic product first time I’ve ever used a menstrual cup and it’s honsetly amazing no leaks no painful ness nothing I have a very heavy flow and leak with tampons and pads together but this has been so amazing. I’m ordering my later the smaller one as she wants to try it and I honestly recommend it.

This was my first time using a cup and I loved it!! What a difference. Once you get the hang of using it, it becomes so much better than disposable pads/tampons.I did have to cut the stem off and turn it inside out as I could feel the stem which was irritating... but as soon as I turned it inside out I could no longer feel it.
