Fire trap, over heated and melted wires within seconds of use
Wired it up (simple plug in and go job.) watched it for a time as I got the dash ready to refit and it over heated, caused a lot of foul smoke and visibly started to melt the wire sleeves connecting it. OK, this product should be inside the cold air system so some air cooling would take place, but this would have set fire to my car.I ordered a completed Loom and resistor from a local garage for less than the cost of this alone.This is a relatively easy job to do if you get quality parts from the start.
