*Update* I contacted customer support and recived prompt response. They offered to replace my broken parts or refund of price. I took a chance and got a new spindle assembly. Installed new parts and mowed my yard with no issues. I can now rate this company to 5 stars. Well 2 of my spindle mounting bolts stripped and broke with the first 5 mins of running the mower. Not over tightened. Was good and snug. The actual spindle material is very light duty. The threads on the spindle striped out. Not the bolt. Im a female. I didnt white knuckle it. Very disappointed. Will update my rating when i hear from company.

NOTE; The seller replaced the parts, no questions asked. Let me start with what I found. The blades are name brand but are thinner metal and prone to bending. Because the blades are thinner and they fit loosely in the mounts, I shimmed the blades. The bearings in the spindles are not set, the first set of spindles had bearing failure soon after installation. They sent new complete spindles with bearings however they needed INSPECTION and the bearings were too tight after the pulley was installed. A trip to the hardware store for some washers to put on the shaft between the bearings took care of it. The spindles are hand drilled where they mount to your deck and not very precisely. I drilled out all of my deck holes and used washers. The rest of the kit I did not have a problem with. I own a hand me down lawnmower. I don’t have any money so I purchased the least expensive parts I could find. I only had to wait for replacement parts and buy some hardware. Now the mower is running smooth and cutting grass very well.

Ordering was nice and smooth. The pricing was decent and shipping was fast. It was a perfect fit easy to install and the quality seems solid and durable. I would definitely recommend and would purchase again if needed.

good quality product, however, this is not a OME part so longevity is unknown. Installation was easy (if you have proper tool and talent). Kit included all necessary hardware for complete installation. I did have to cross check all part numbers against original Craftsman numbers to insure I was ordering correct parts., as the compatible model number for the mower was not listed.

This installed great on my 2003 Craftsman LT 1000. Parts all seemed to match. I didn’t realize how bad the deck was cutting until I rebuilt it. One very important thing to keep in mind is if you use the new blade pulleys you must also use the new belt. The new pulleys are slightly larger than the stock LT1000 oem are; Therefore, if you use the old stock belt it will be too tight and wont disengage! Also please note the part number of the belt provided because you will have to replace in the future with that deck belt number. Probably a good idea to make a note on the cover of your manual as well ....... With all the new parts, when I engage the drive it sounds like a chopper ready for takeoff ... lol

You get what you pay for. One of the new pulleys would not fit on the spindles and the threads were beat up on one spindle. The pulley that actually fit the spindle was bent. Poor quality but gets the job done cheaply. We'll see how it lasts.

Seems to be pretty good quality, the spindle pulleys are larger than original so blade runs slower but I have a small yard and just drive slower so no biggie.

I read some negative reviews on this kit but after installing it I have no complaints !!! I use the old tractor it was installed on like a bush hog. Everything fit and works good. I don't understand the negative comments on the blades. I mow over some very rough terrain on my acreage where they contact tree roots and stumps without apparent damage. This is second season for me. would buy again !
