While this was okay, it wasn't as good as bread baked with the multi-purpose flour they make. I think I'll stick with that.

I accidently ordered the 2 lb. instead of the 5 lb. bread. I doubt that I will be ordering it again because the cost has risen so much. The taste is the same and I do like it.Linda Deans

Makes a great tasting bread and with some modifications, bakes very well in my bread machine and tastes so great. It's gluten free with no rice flour in it and is made from all natural grains from reputable farms. When I ran out of the mix, it was not available from Amazon, so I contacted Manini's and bought some directly from them. Nice people! While I remain a King Arthur's fan, I enjoyed this bread mix very much. I'm still experimenting with gluten free breads in my Zojirushi. I believe that this is now called Old Fashioned Bread Flour It was formerly known as Miracolo Pane- Classic Peasant Bread Mix. I added 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed to it and got a great whole grain bread taste. My wife loves it!The flour blend is of organic millet, tapioca, teff, organic sorghum, organic amaranth), Hi-maize® resistant starch, organic cane sugar, GF xanthan gum, organic Atlantic sea salt, and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). They advise that all ingredients are gluten free and no bioengineering has been used.

Since I have been diagnosed as gluten sensitive, I have been exploring the options available to me. The Mannis mixes are easy to prepare, provide a product of excellent quality - and they taste great.

I baked a loaf of bread and it turned out beautifully. It also makes fabulous French toast!Love it.
