Guide Gear Oversized Directors Chair, 500 lb. Capacity

I ordered two of these chairs in different patterns. To be honest I really hated to pay this much for camping chairs. But once they arrived I was so thankful that I bit the bullet and made this purchase. These chairs are so well made, they are heavier than the normal umbrella chairs. The legs are much more stable and with the height it is much easier to get up from a sitting position. I know we will have these chairs for many years to come.

I'm a big guy @ 400 lbs. and only 5 ft. 7 in. Holds me just fine. The snapping to open & close is ok. I do feel safe in this chair.

Love this chair! It has a high back support, very sturdy and extremely comfortable. Not only great for camping as I have been using it to watch my grandkids baseball games. It's light and easy to carry and folds up easily into the back of my prius. A great find for me!

I'm 6' 450 lbs. Chair is very comfortable, wide and sturdy. It's a little stiff to fold when new. It is also rather bulky when folded as it only folds flat. The table is nice but the cup holder is more suited to a coffee mug rather than a beer bottle. Overall very satisfied.

This is a nice, sturdy chair. We have been using for a month daily from fishing, ball games to just sitting on the deck. I am 5'2 and can get out of the chair fine however my mother is 5' 7 and she thinks it to low. She struggles getting up. My son is a 6' 300lbs football player and he likes it. So I can say the chair will hold a plus size person. I would purchase this product again. The cup holder is a plus for me also. I will say that it takes a while to fold and unfold the chair until you have used a few times.

Product is exactly as described. The chair is a LOW director version, so if you are looking for a high chair, this isnt it. Having said that, the chair is extremely durable, easy to set-up, and very comfortable. I had a question, and the seller's customer service is well above par! Outstanding doing business with them! Very pleased.

A strong and very sturdy item that can handle more weight than aluminum frames could take. The sloped back of the chair makes it MUCH more comfortable than straight-backed models, also. I just wish it were about 4 inches taller, but then I'm a tall guy.

Nice chair, a little narrower than expected. Be sure the measurements are what you're looking for, in this case I should have watched more closely.
