Worked fine in Neato for 4 months. Now Neato doesn't seem to complete even the small closet w/o running out of juice. Great price, but doesn't seem to last very long. There could be other reasons, but thus far, only pointing to the batteries.

I bought two batteries for use with my Neato vacuum cleaner. I bought the batteries in advance knowing that I was going to need them soon.About a month and a half after my purchase, the Neato vacuum would only run for a few minutes before a recharge was necessary. So, I broke out the new batteries which I purchased approximately seven weeks prior, installed them in my Neato vac and after a short time charging, the Neato gave me an error message that the batteries were overheated and had to cool down. I reset the vac three times and was greeted with the same message each time.At this point, I reinstalled the old batteries and my vac is back in operation trouble free.Because of the purchase time frame I know that the battery guarantee is void after 30 days, so I'm stuck with faulty batteries.Really, really disappointed !

Sometimes you get what you pay for. These batteries brought my old XV-21 back to life, but it was short-lived. Battery life rapidly declined to the point of each run only lasting five minutes. Recently, I tried even using an open-source program to force the Neato the run the charge all the way down in order to get a full charge again. It worked initially but after a couple of days, the batteries are back to lasting only a few minutes.

This battery is horrible, maybe worked three times for a half hour, since then it only lasts 5 minutes. It is literally worse than the one i replaced, it lasts 10. Of course my returnable date expired a few days ago. I recommend looking for another company.

Used for less than 2 months with our Neato and now the batteries can only hold enough charge for roughly 5’ of cleaning :(. Time to search for new batteries.

Item and service excellent in every way. Plugged them in, charged them up and the old fella was back to work like the day we got him. Highly recommended.

So far battery seems as good as original. Not sure about longevity yet since have only had couple of months. If like original, should last approx 1 year when vacuum used everyday.

Batteries are terrible. Barely lasted 10 cleaning cycles with my Neato XV signature pro robot vacuum. I am not happy and would advise not to buy these. The reviews were mixed so I gave it a go with these and was fooled. Going to call amazon and see if I can get a refund or return them
