I can’t recommend these books highly enough even though they’re on the surface. They appear to not have much words and be a comic book style. This is the appeal! The readers wanting to expand their skills but too frightened to read an entire page with a book these books can be conceived very quickly and very easily whilst there are challenging words within it the bright colours the crazy storylines and the fact that the child can read them at their own pace or put their own voices into the characters is just fantastic. My daughter reads these books cover to cover every single week and whilst buying books are not a cheap thing to do, I would happily buy every single book of this entire series if she continues to read at the level that she currently is because her enthusiasm and the way in which it’s brought on her confidence in reading is 100% worth it

My son is absolutely obsessed with the Dog Man book series! Funny, engaging and an enjoyable read for a 9 year old.

My 9 year old daughter is obsessed with dogman books! This one did not disappoint, she is glued to the books most of the day and always asks for another when she is finished. Great author.
