Blue Rubberized Coating Hard Plastic Case Cover for LG Cosmos 2 VN251

I got this case today, so I can't speak to longevity, but I can talk about my intital impressions. The color is great, sort of an iridescent cobalt blue. It went onto the phone very easily, and fits very well both on the front and the back of the phone. The outside surface has a nice texture, soft to the touch and slightly rubbery. This will not give the same texture as the soft rubber cases though, so don't expect that level of nonslip surface. The edges on the inside of the case (where the two pieces sit together when the phone is closed) are a little rough, but that is to be expected since the price of this is so low. It makes the sliding action stick a little bit sometimes, but I think that might be a benefit, as I sometimes slid the phone open by accident before. There are nice sized spaces for all the buttons and the camera, so the buttons on the sides are still easy to get to. I also tested the colorfastness of the cover, based on another commenter's claim that the color runs if it gets wet, and I did not have this problem. That commenter used alcohol wipes, and as alcohol is a paint solvent it makes sense that this would run the paint. Regular water did not cause this problem. Overall, it was a very good purchase, especially considering the low cost. Even if it only lasts a few months, I will feel like I got my money's worth.Edit as of 10/30: The other day I noticed that the case was starting to slip off the phone. I looked at it, and it seems that the prongs that hold the phone on one side have worn down or broken off. I have dropped it a few times, so it is possible that they snapped off. But given that I have had the case for 4 months, and I paid roughly $2.50 for it, I would say it was money well spent. I have actually ordered another one to replace the original. :)

This is a great deal! I had bought a case from a flea market for $7 which is a pretty good deal when some are about $20. It recently broke and that is when I found this case. I couldn't believe it was only $3 and FREE shipping! I bought it right away and received it 5days earlier than the set date. I absolutely love the color, it's the perfect shade of blue that I was looking for. It was a perfect fit for my phone.Very satisfied with the price, time, and quality of the product. It's two thumbs up for me!!

The back portion of this case fits ok. It is very easy to bump it just right and have the back fall off. The front DOES NOT Fit. It is too big for the phone. It will NOT stay put no matter what you do. It is a great price and I LOVE the color and material it is made out of but it won't stay on, so what is the point.

The picture presents the case as being cobalt blue, when in fact it is a midnight blue--almost black. Otherwise, the product is of good quality and fit my phone like a glove.

This is a very thin layer of protection over the phone, but I believe it is better than not having any protection. It fits the LG Cosmos 3 as it should. The blue color looks good and is easy to see/find inside of a purse, pocket or bag. It is less slippery to the touch due to it's slightly rubberized coating. We are satisfied with it.

The red ones shape is most similar to the picture of the blue one, but the blue one I received was slightly different. It didn't clip onto the phone as easily, took some forcing. If you look closely at the picture, you'll notice that at the bottom of the phone that there's a small cutaway for the microphone. Instead of that, the cover I received completely exposes that bottom sliver of the phone. Not that big a deal, I just liked how it looked on the red phone. Also, it feels a lot flimsier than the red. My main issue is how it fits on the phone. You have to struggle hard to get it to fit, and it wont click to let you know it's on. The bottom part is tight while the top part is looser. I may upload a picture later if I feel like it...

This item is a perfect fit for my Cosmos 2 phone and the third one purchased. Even though it does not protect the screen per se, it does provide a rim around it so the phone can be laid screen-down on a flat surface without worrying about scratching it.These are so inexpensive, I decided to order the Electric Blue model for myself as a change of pace. In a bit of irony, when removing the protective case, it was so difficult to get off, I ended up scratching my phone. I finally found that if I used the rounded end of a pair of fingernail clippers to wedge under the case, it popped off without too much difficulty.All in all, the fit and finish make this a great value.

It is elegant and fancy. It is made so you would be able to use your phone with no hassle. It is two parts so you can easily slide the key pad open while the case is on for texting. It does not interfere with the camera, in fact, it somehow protects the lens. This cover/case does not block the ringer sound meaning the cell phone speaker.
