Steiner eOptics DBAL-I2 Dual Beam Aiming Laser Intelligent (Red Laser)

The item I received is a used, fake laser. It came in a Steiner DBAL I2 box. But after opening it I immediately new it was a Steiner, but more of some user airsoft fake that had been spray painted.

Bought 2 of these for my hunting rifles. I don’t usually write product reviews but i was just dissappointed. For something of this price, and a brand with the reputation of Steiner, I felt I was duped. I ended up returning both units. The batteries drain when it’s not even turned on. I had it for about 2-3 weeks and replaced the batteries 3 times. I had the unit turned on for a total of about 5 minutes, and after a day or 2 of sitting, I’d go to turn it on and the battery was dead. This happened multiple times. I reached out to Steiner warranty, they wanted me to pay for shipping on my own, and pay for my own insurance on the item, which to me, is ridiculous. I spent about 1700 on these 2 items and they wanted me to pay for shipping so they could take a look at my products that flat out didn’t work? Disappointed. I gave it 3 stars because i do like Steiner products, i have a few of their rifle scopes and they’re top notch. I just was not impressed With this model, and i wasn’t impressed with their customer service
