Excellent product for immune health. Great for every day and helpful to take a couple more at the onset of illness. Can have a bit of a cleansing effect at first and can induce mild garlic burps. Highly recommend for traveling. Capsules are milder in taste and texture than tablets, but tablets are stronger in their effectiveness.

These things get me right. When I feel like something is trying to get me I take these and 95%of the time I either don’t get sick or it’s very mild. This stuff works. I swear by them. Worth every penny. The capsules are way easier to tolerate than the tablets. The tablets taste pretty bad. There also another Product by this company that I take when I feel sick. They are small white pills In a blister pack. Those are awesome too.

I've been taking this since the early 2000s whenever I feel the symptoms of a cold or flu coming on. I can't even count the number of times it's helped me avoid getting sick. In fact, I don't think I've had a serious cold or flu in over 15 years. There have been times when, for whatever reason, I didn't have access to Wellness and ended up in the early stages of a cold. But as soon as I started taking it, the severity of the cold would lessen and I'd feel normal in a couple of days. Love this product! Took these at first feeling of a sore throat, I knew I was getting a cold, took 6 capsules twice that day and the next. Day 3 was totally fine, never got a cold. Thought maybe a fluke, but same thing happened some months later. Was absolutely getting a cold and two days in a row taking 6 capsules twice a day, day 3 completely fine! Can’t sing it enough praises. Finally a cure for the common cold!
