Do these darts have removable tips?

Actually, YES! The steel tips in any half way decent dart are pressed into the barrel and can easily be removed and changed with some basic tools. But if you’re wanting to swap them out with plastic tips, these aren’t what you want.

Can the flights stay attached in the case?

The case is thin. It would put a lot of pressure on the flights and I would not recommend it. I bought another case that is designed for them to stay on.
