I started taking this 10-23-2017 to 1-25-2018 every single day, so I’ve hit the 3 month mark. I read that it was best to take a break every 3-4 months of use for a week and to do a cleanse.I’ve been a skinny girl all of my life so the EXTREMELY RARE time I would gain weight, it would go to my hips, butt, and thighs. It gave me glowing skin , and enlarged a bit my breasts but it messed up my menstruation, I did'nt get my period for a month and when I got them they last longer than usual around a week that's scared me , I thought they would not stop. Since I've stopped the pills my period got back to normal.

I have been using them for 9 days now and I immediately saw a reduction of hot flashes and night sweats (even though its end nov I still get them in winter ) and I have been taking only half a capsule per day. 275 mg. I am taking it for postmenopausal reasons as I am 52 but have had been pushed into meno from 2002 due to a surgery side effect. I have suffered then got on HRT then off, then suffered again and I have decided to go to absolutely natural herbs (not even bioidenticals) and am going to take with DIM 50mg and Vitex or small amounts of progesterone creams (source naturals ) for 2 weeks of the month. I am happy that so far this has addressed or contained my chief complaints in a short period of time and I have not noticed anything by way of fast hair growth or thickening of hair, but I am sure that will take place in time. My hair has grown a little greasier maybe due to the progesterone cream I am taking, but it's winter so no hair frizz and hair gets poker straight for me in winter anyway. This product definitely works I was a 36b and went to a dd cup within two months. I took two capsules a day and would massage with oil after shower. However I had really bad headaches and I got the worst yeast infection I’ve ever had in my life along with lots of discharge. I got breast pains within a week ofTaking . I loved the fullness and size of my breast however the yeast infection was treacherous. I was also Very constipated and had a lot of gas and stomach pains. Also after I stopped taking I lost a lot of volume . I’m currently at a 36c. I had to discontinue usage. I’m going to try Swanson’s bovine ovary I was told results are permanent and it makes you have a second puberty. It’s kinda pointless toHave to keep taking pills for life to keep up size . I gave three stars because they do work but are to strong for my system it cause some minor uncomfortable side effects. I was able to balance my body back out with probiotics, Garlic and vitamins and tons of water.
