Great value, even better customer service
I ordered the steam unit and needed an extra long steam cable to reach the basement - customer service answered my call on the first ring and helped me buy an extra cable that fits the unit. They sound like they really stand by their product and want to make sure you are happy. The steam generator works as expected and is a great value.

Excellent steam generator
9k unit. It's fantastic. It's quiet, it heats up fast and it has the ability to get as hot as anyone could want - it can get way, way hotter than anyone could stand. The first unit that came had an issue, but the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving it. Great service.

Doenst work at all
Update: the seller reached out and helped me through all issues, sent a new machine, and walked through all details of install. It works absolutely great now and I love it.Old: Tried so many different things and it just won’t work. Keep getting e4 error, replaced pipes, added filters and just won’t work. Have tried customer support couple times too. Seems like dead end. Don’t buy this machine.
