Patience
Knew nothing about removing dents other than when I take a motor into a body shop and get charged £150 plus. This dent happened because I went to fill up at a petrol station and on opening the door I failed to realise there was a brick wall sticking out by the pump - bang - nice dent on a 3 year old car bought from new :-(As soon as I got home I tried to use the touch up paint to protect it - hence the remaining mark.Quoted £200 plus on this occasion - looked up amazon and found this tool.Did not realise the 1st photo was out of focus - sorry folks.Already had rubbing alcohol / Isopropanol alcohol which I use to clean the rubbers on the Wiper blades plus it gets rid of tar marks on the body work.1st I cleaned the dented area as per instructions - got my glue gun out and loaded with the yellow glue which appeared softer so less adhesion = safer for my 1st attempts. Too impatient for the glue to set but I still got some good pulls on the dent - using alcohol to dissolve remains of glue - then restart gluing (using the smallest and 2nd smallest blue tabs). This gave me more confidence with what was happening - by 5th pull it was almost gone, next day & 6th go, I waited for a full 10 minutes this time and blew on the tab / glue area to cool it more. The day itself was cooler and I found the tab held much better.I started pulling gently at first a few times and then an aggressive pull which free's the tab off and wow! - the dent was gone, plus i didn't think it needed any of the tapping down tools - just the original marks where I had used the orange touch up and clear lacquer.I am very happy - just wish i had NOT used the touch up paint from the outset but had left it until afterward for a cleaner finish. I'll know next time, and with my record, 'there will be that next time'.Notes:1) I watched the YouTube vids to see clearly what to do and what to look for though the instructions are good.2) You need Isopropanol alcohol 99+ % to loosen and dissolve the glue & for cleaning - available on-line.3) The glue grips better on a cooler day.4) not used the black glue yet - but i bet i could have done the job in 3 attempts instead of 6 ?? but as mentioned, I've never done this before so wanted to go easy.Negatives?Check that the nuts holding this puller together . . are firmly on & secure! - twice in using this i found the 'self lock' nuts would work their way loose & fall off ! So check those nuts each time. The upper fixed handle, also works loose due to the constant squeezing / twisting down on it.All said and done - there's no getting away from the fact this does a fantastic job and has paid for itself already.

Simple and intuitive to use
Good. Comprehensive, solidly made bit of kit.Simple and intuitive to use. Can get decent results with minimum skill or effort. As mentioned by other reviewers (but not in the product description!) supplied 'specialized' glue sticks are 7mm mini type. Not sure how specialized they are but the standard glue sticks supplied with my gun seem to work fine. Filled the supplied spray dispenser with meths to peel off the glue.Good value for money. Superfast delivery (ordered on Saturday, delivered on Sunday!)

Good little piece of kit.
I was skeptical on reading the reviews on dent pullers but thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did.I've got an classic car which is near completion of it's restoration. As you can imagine, some of the panels had a couple of small dings. The panels were still good and I didn't really want to start with filler etc. and was planning to take them to a body shop to have some panel beating done.Communication from the seller/Amazon was excellent. The parcel arrived really quick and on opening it, I was surprised at the build quality which was better than I expected given the price. Like a kid with a new toy, I just had to give it a go straight away. Not having had any experience in using dent pullers, and fear of causing more damage, I put the wife's favorite film on to keep her occupied whilst I went to work on the fridge which had three little dents on the side panel and not really visible. Two of the dents pulled out straight away and were slightly raised. A couple of light taps with the supplied accessories and no dents. The third was a deeper one where the metal had actually been stretched so didn't hold much hope but, despite not pulling it out completely, it was much better than before.Feeling semi professional at this point, I thought I'd attack the car panels and all I can say is that I've just saved myself a trip to the panel beaters and the flexible little friend in my wallet was put to better use taking the wife out for dinner for all her patience and lonely nights whilst I was in the garage.Don't get me wrong. If you're expecting miracles and it to work first time, it's not guaranteed. I had to do a couple of the dents 2-3 times before they were straight but, a bit of patience and it works. I'm not confident it would work on creases like wheel arches etc., but it would probably improve them considerably meaning less filler if it comes to it.The only down side is that the glue sticks that come with the kit are 7mm, which didn't fit my hot glue gun which takes the more standard 11mm sticks, meaning I can't say how good the supplied glue sticks are. I would like to think they would be better than my, sitting around for a while, sticks but haven't been able to compare. So, If you have any shopping trolley dents and you want a quick easy fix, I'd recommend giving this a try given what it costs.Only one thing for me to do now, invest in a new 7mm glue gun or get some decent 11mm glue sticks because living in Central London, it's bound to get some more use.

This is much better made than I expected. 👍
This seems like a really well made dent puller and the pictures in the ad don't do it justice. The gold part of the puller is cut from a solid piece of aluminium and then anodised gold so this should last for ever, it's a solid bit if kit. There's enough plastic bits to fit most small dent sizes and I'm really looking forward to using it where I'll upload a video to demonstrate how well it works. The only thing stoping me from using the kit is the fact that the glue sticks don't fit my glue gun but there is a voucher inside the box which allow you to get a compatible glue gun as a free gift so as soon as that arrives I'll video my first dent repair and update my review. So based on build quality only 3 stars but I anticipate that will change to 5 after I get to use it.Watch this space . . . .

Only half of it arrived
No glue gun, no spray bottle, only half the attachments and no scrapers. Now I have to go to a post office in my own time to send this back 😔
