This is a very good quality camp chair but you wouldn't want to tote it around for miles - it is not lightweight but it's not marketed for that. It's a great car camping luxury item, much better that the super-light tiny fold-up chairs which always seem like they are on the verge of collapse. The higher than average back is very comfortable and supportive, there are no places where you feel the substantial frame through the padding. The chair is easy to sit into and get up from if you are unsteady on your feet as it is very stable and doesn't flex or move. It's a wee bit on the expensive side but (as usual) you get what you pay for. The extra money, I suspect will give many years of comfortable sitting in camp. Even with the heft and high price it is an easy five stars.

These are terrific...absolutely wonderful. Built like tanks yet light as a feather.My only "complaint" is that, unlike chairs that use plastic mesh fabric that can be wiped dry after a rain, these upholstered and padded chairs will get WET and stay wet. You must keep them dry, or they'll need many hours to dry out.When we go to bed, we slide these under the RV to keep them out of the rain. A small amount of inconvenience for a superior quality chair.

I love these chairs for camping. The come with a carrying bag and fit in the RV compactly.They are sturdy, give great support and dry quickly. Perfect for us to camp with. Oh, and they are easy to get up from unlike the normal cloth camping chairs.

It's a tad heavier than my other portable chairs but these things are sturdy and much more comfortable the most.

This is a wonderful chair. It is easy to get out of and is very sturdy. The only thing bad I can say about it is the beverage holder doesn't really work. Whatever you put into it, falls out. I keep trying to come up with a way to fix that. But other than that, great chair.

I read the reviews before purchasing this chair on Amazon and saw that some folks has problems but the majority had positive remarks, I am certainly in the positive category. Disclaimer - I am 6'/150lbs but I could see folks in other weight classes may have a different experience. The chair is very comfortable for a folding chair. It is sturdy and well made. My only complaint is that the beverage holder is useless but at the end of the day it is a chair so I will give it 5 stars.

Best folding chair ever. Perfect posture and foldability (simple and sturdy). It took a lot for me to make the $70 purchase, but I am very happy I did.

The quality is great and the chair is light and carriable, good for walking a bit to a destination. They fold easily. For portability, the seat size is not large,, but it works fine for me at 5'-10 and 190 lbs. However, a large person might want to look for a chair with a larger seat and greater distance between the arms.
