I am a massage therapist, and I like using hand towels warm for my clients back, it helps them to lower the tension as I am massaging and alternate uding the hot tiwels. had a smaller towel warmer for years. But when I saw this one bigger, I ordered and tried it, and I loved it. It can get 8 hand towels. And keep them warm for the whole hour . I love it.

I recently tried out this towel warmer, and overall, it’s a solid option for keeping towels warm throughout the day. When you fold the towels as compact as possible, it does a great job of maintaining warmth for an extended period. When I first got this towel warmer, I was not folding them very compact, and I thought the towel warmer was not doing a great job. But it was how I was folding them. I work eight hour days and my towels stay warm all day long. They take about an hour to warm up so if you are in a hurry, warm them up in the microwave first. Another thing to keep in mind is that, according to state board regulations, you’ll want to leave the door open when the warmer isn’t in use to ensure proper state board rules are followed. But overall, it performs well and does what it’s supposed to do!

So far, this towel warmer is great! I can fit 28 hand towels in it! Huge improvement from my last one that only held 16. Heats towels up fast too!

My favorite brand, warm up super fast, super hot, which is great. First couple of days have a small but went away.

I've had it for 2 days and it has not performed well at all. The first day I tested it out. I put 4 damp towels in the bottom and a few dry towels on top. At 30 minutes on and the towels were not warmed at all. I waited about an hour and the dry towels were slightly warm and the dry towels barely warmed up from when they were put in the machine. Day 2, I wetted the towels with very hot water and also attempted to melt a small 2 oz container of paraffin wax for a treatment. I turned it on well over an hour before the treatment but only added the paraffin at the beginning of the treatment because the container was plastic and I didn't want to melt that LOL well no worries there! The wax didn't melt much at all and could not be used for the treatment and the wet towels came out cooler than when I had put them in. I'll update if the warmer starts working better but somehow I doubt that's going to happen. I really did not want to go to the hassle of sending this thing back and besides, I need it for treatments today but I will probably just have to send it back. Major disappointment (and inconvenience too!). This product does not meet even the most minimal expectations based not only on what was advertised but also the price paid.

In the past 16 years I’ve owned about 4 different towel warmers for my work. (Massage Therapist). This one doesn’t get as warm as previous warmers. It has two shelves which is kind of nice to keep things separated. There is an odor but I assume with time that will dissipate. Removing one star just because of the heating factor. It warms up but I’d have preferred warmer.

It’s nice and seems sturdier than another brand that I had to replace after 3 months. Hoping for the best!

Se fundió la lámpara al mes de uso, donde se puede conseguir una para el reemplazo?

1.- pues no sé si funciona la luz ultravioleta porque no hay manera de verla que funcione 2.- el calentado: solo coloque 4 toallas para prueba y aun asi tardo 1 hora en calentarlas, supongo que si pongo mas va a tardar mayor tiempo 3.-sirve, funciona es lo que ahorita cuenta, cumplio con su funcion de calentar las toallas hasta ahorita
