Rubber bands are to short for L or XL body size.
Actually this product is suitable for skinny people like S or maximum for M. My body size is L to XL, so I am unable to use it. Sory but this should be written on the box. If you are L or above you cannot use it. I am not happy with this purchase. I got 2 of them, one for me one for mother. So, non of us can use it. :(
